Great selection, knowledgeable associates, but overpriced. I understand retail prices but I would rather buy the same product online for a 1/3 of the costs

This place is awesome. All the staff there is very helpful. Ward in particular is awesome and has helped me way more than he needed to with a kayak issue I had. If you need any outdoor gear or a kayak I wouldn’t buy anywhere else but here!

Im just getting into backpacking and am new at all this. Came in looking around and was met with really friendly staff and awesome information and tips. Left with a brand new sleeping bag and some notes on staying warm on cold nights and the difference between down and synthetic fill, and then was sent off with a “have fun with it!” One of my favorite outdoor stores I’ve ever been to and will definitely be coming again.

Awesome store for outdoor supplies. Came in for two pieces of climbing-specific gear and got exactly what i needed. As a bonus the person that helped us was a climber David and showed us an easy way to tie a safe anchor with the rope we bought! I love this store and would recommend it to anyone in the area!

Love the store since they finished updating the inside. They have a wonderful selection of outerwear, down jackets, boots, hiking sandals, equipment and socks for any season or sport. They also have great products for travel like wicking clothes and storage for long hauls. They also have handicap accessible parking, entrances, and a restroom.

Ward and his associates were very helpful with my recent order of canoe repair equipment. They kept me appraised as to the status of my order and helped all along the way even helping to secure the bulky item to my car for transport. Each time I visit this store I find the staff to be knowledgable and helpful. I'll definitely be back.
