I have been paying for the 24 hr pass for the past 4 months without the access. I have talked to the main person that does the memberships, and I keep getting excuses and I keep getting charged every month for the 24 hr access. I am hoping to be able to find the email for the director
They have taken my money after I paused my account for the full charge and never refunded me my money back so I decided to cancel my account and went in person to cancel it and they still charged my 60 dollars and then told me I never canceled and I said yes I did I have the copy of the page I signed and none has called me back to give me a refund. Every time I call up there they don't have anything down for the fact that I already canceled it. Very bad management, the pool was always never open when we went up there to go swimming and we live 40 minutes away and would always call before leave to go there to go swimming and then when we got there they would be closed because they have to clean it for bacteria and it take 2 hours tell the pool is at the right level. Will never use this location again, I love the YMCA and I'm very disappointed with this location I have never had this many problems with a YMCA before and $120 dollars of my money stolen. Never again!
Great Plains YMCA is a great place to take your family. They have basketball, racketball, pickel ball.. A heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna in the ladies and men's locker rooms. Different classes to fit your exercise needs. Spin, yoga, etc. They have child care in the evenings during the week so you can work out with out worrying about your children. I highly recommend it.
Love the swimming. It was not crowded today. I guess because it was father's day. The water was a little to warm but still felt great
Just joined, everyone is super friendly. I've been to the HIIT class twice now and loved it.
Gteat YMCA, love the small town atmosphere
