Great Plains Health Hospital Campus-ER

Went there today for uncontrollable pain, they almost gave me a pain med that I am allergic to. If it wasn't for my brother being there they would have. And it states in my chart that I am allergic to said medication. After that was addressed they tried to rush me out without even giving me a pain med. I had to ask them twice for something to help. That was one of the worst experiences ever. The worst was when I found out I was allergic to said medication and I was barely able to move from the reaction had to get a CT scan. They waited a good 45 mins before Dr Hyde came in and I begged him to make it stop and he was like "I dunno how to help you. You tell me what to do". The nurse was dumbfounded at his response and seemed to feel helpless that she couldn't help me. At this point I would rather bleed out then go there.

i was recently in the ER, and if Julie Query on duty, she will get the job done.. FANTASTIC DOCTOR ! very knowledgeable, accurate and most importantly she is kind, and listens.. i told her my symptoms and she fixed my problem! where 3 doctors before her failed. I hope she reads this.. thank you JULIE ! You are the BEST from the Big guy with the Big silver necklace

Are you kidding me! My husband was sitting next to a man that had covid and the nurse knew it! This is a level of incompetence I have never experienced! They were stupidly slow and no one knew anything! I will take this report to the proper authorities! Horrible!

I want to give a big shout out to the triage nurse Megan and another lady from the hospital Patti who went over and beyond to make sure my health needs were met. I could not ask for better service and I thank them kindly! Best hospital experience I've ever had!

The er was horrible I’m a young mom and the made me feel like I wasn’t good enough to have a baby
