Great, friendly service. Doctor was upfront on my options and didn't make me feel like I was just money coming in the door. Ended up not having a root canal and pulling the tooth at my local office. Appreciated feeling listened to on my concerns.
I also saw Dr. Sayer and his assistant, Katie! Excellent experience for me! They shared information very well, and the whole procedure was completely comfortable. I do however, agree, that the office staff is lacking in it's attention to insurance processing. I had to do most of the legwork myself, reducing my out of pocket expensed by nearly $900.
The Doctor and Staff were very good! Even for a Marine working on a Retired Army Soldier! He stated there would be little to no pain and that is what it was- Little to No pain! Wonderful Job! Thank you very much! A BIG Thank you to all the Doctors there that had Military Service
I had an abscess under bridge work. Dr. Lund and his staff are thorough and caring. Dr.Lund did everything that he could to save the tooth, but it was not restorable. He referred me to an oral surgeon. The treatment that I received was top notch and pain free. Thank you Dr. Lund and staff. YOU ARE WONDERFUL!!
Dr. Saylor and his assistant Katie were amazing. Truly kind, caring individuals that did a wonderful job. I have curved roots hence my referral, and I was super nervous but everything went great. I was also brought in same day via emergency due to the amount of discomfort I was dealing with. I'm so thankful everything went the way it did and I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone!
Would you rather spend time with family OR have a root canal? Would you rather hang out with friends OR have a root canal? Would you rather walk your dogs OR have a root canal? Most of us would likely NOT choose the procedure. But let me tell you something, if you HAD to have a root canal, let me recommend THE PLACE: Great River Endodontics in St. Cloud! Dr. Papworth and "Katelyn" were compassionate, competent, and fun ! Painless, efficient, and amazing. My dentists at Edgewood in Baxter another review, another day! are top shelf. But they referred me here for the intricacies of having a bad root beneath a crown. I highly recommend this place and these two, though I am certain that they are ALL amazing! Yes I have amoxicillin, and yes I'm taking Advil as a precaution. But wow...they are SO good here! Enjoy walking your dogs, hanging with friends and family worry-free about possibilities in your life regarding your mouth ;!
This was one of the best dental experiences that I've ever had in my life. The entire team of professionals were exceptionally courteous in every respect, and performed a flawless Root Canal procedure. I especially appreciated how Dr. Papworth thoroughly explained every step of the procedure and asked, on multiple occasions, if I had any questions or concerns. I cannot thank them enough for their help in scheduling me in for a last-minute appointment and promptly resolving my issue that was causing considerably great discomfort to me. I highly recommend them to anyone that requires endodontic treatment...you will not be disappointed!!!!
Great River Endodontics has been wonderful to work with. A root canal is never fun, but when you have caring people helping it's not so bad. I want to thank the receptionists for getting me registered, checked out and insurance questions answered. The Lab tech was so patient and kind in taking my x-rays. Also, a big thanks to Dr. Lund for making me feel so at ease during the procedure. I am truly blessed to have been able to get it done there. I would definitely recommend this place to all that need root canals.
Dr. Lund did my root canal treatment with his staff. I have a lot of anxiety with dental procedures due to jaw surgery when I was younger. Dr. Lund and staff were very confident and wanted to assure me there would not be pain involved. They were right. My root canal was totally pain free. They were very careful and checked things numerous times and gave me all the options as we were making decisions. I highly recommend Great River Endodontics.
I had a root canal done today for the very first time. From the time I first made appointment to the end of the procedure, it was very professional and very thorough. Kate explained what my insurance covered upfront and if I would have any out of pocket expenses. Dr Lund was excellent! Explained whole procedure, every step I was told what was going to happen. Never felt a thing! I would highly recommend him for your root canal procedure or any other dental need at Great River Endodontics!
