Great Wall Restaurant

The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The service is very friendly on my visit. I ordered the General Tso's chicken and Qt. Beef Lo mein. Paid $26 and change. I added photos of the menu with current prices as of 06/18/2023. I wish the General Tso's Chicken was a bigger portion because I love it so, so much, but I understand. Dietary restrictions: Let staff know of any dietary restrictions. Parking: Plenty of parking. Restaurant located at a shopping center. It is big.

Atmosphere?? You walk in pay and leave. How do you answer that. Lol the place is really coming together. It's brighter and looks cleaner. The new staff are a joy to deal with unlike the previous woman who worked there. Keep up the good work.Food: 4/5

Dumplings not good - the inside was a bright red bean paste, not pork. No dipping sauce. Wonton soup had no green onion or pork bits. Very basic. . Everything very salty and no fresh ingredients.

Decent food, and barebones storefront. The service wasn't that good. Didn't offer any utensils or ask if I would like any condiments. It's okay, but I have been to better places in the area.Food: 4/5

So I normally don't leave bad reviews but I feel like I have to today. For work I was in the area of this restaurant in New Windsor and wanted to get something to eat. I decided on Chinese, so I ordered the pepper steak dinner special. Once again I don't leave bad reviews but I feel like it's well deserved. The pepper steak looks like it wasn't cooked all the way and the rice looked and felt over cooked. Couldn't even finish it. What a waste of money. I'm sorry but I will not be going there again. I hope this helps the next person

The lady taking my order was absolutely disgusting. This is the second bad experience with them. I tried a second time because everyone is entitled to a bad day but now I see this is how they conduct their business. Will never support this nasty behavior then when I went a second time they had good on the floor completely open with no covering. I called to speak with a manager and they were absolutely nasty. Technically everyone should have a face covering not one person provided any proper health regulations.

Been in the area for over a year, its the best Chinese around. Friendly and coherent person on the phone, fast delivery. The fried rice and all vegetables were clearly freshly made in house. Quality white meat chicken. Competitively priced. All around enjoyably.
