I recently changed doctors. I’m currently pleased with my doctor, he’s very thorough. On the other hand, the wait time is horrible. Also, trying to get through on the phone is ridiculous. I’ve called while waiting in the waiting area just to see how long it would take for them to answer. Needless to say, they never answered and they weren’t doing anything. They should discontinue their voicemail services. It doesn’t benefit the business if you can’t get through for assistance.

The absolute worst primary care experience you will ever have. My favorite part is when they finally pick up after leaving you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on you immediately. I’ve had appointments for specific services and the staff literally asked why I was there. Two stars because some staff actually care. It’s unfortunate that they work for a provider that makes them look bad. Horribly disorganized. Go anywhere else.

So hard to get in contact with them, I’ve called servers times in the last few weeks just to set up an appointment. Left voicemails and never got a call back. It’s ridiculous.

am a new patient. The Dr was great but the wait time is horrible, waited 1 hour to be taken back . the nurse in the office is great but it seem like the front staff didn't let her know i was there. Also the ladies on the phone while I am trying to get an appointment or make an appointment young lady had a horrible attitude and kept hanging up on me while the wait time on the phone is more than 20 mins long

The kinda over book...and u wait a while but other than that...they are nice, and it's always clean.

I've been a patient of this particular medical group/practice for some time now, and with the exception of a few staff members providers included, I've never had a great experience. Most of my frustration comes with the customer/patient experience: hardly anyone answers the phone, there is ALWAYS an issue with my insurance mind you, it is through my employer and with a well-know, major health insurance company...just never a good experience. Oh, and when someone does finally answer, they act like you are bothering them. I get it. Nothing is smooth right now, but at the very least, have people available to answer the phones especially if you aren't going to provide direct phone numbers to your various locations.

do not recommend this doctors appointment alll DUMB NEW PEOPLE that do not know that they are doing i scheduled an appointment and they told me the person who did has to RESCHEDULE CAUSE THEY MESSED UP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO THESE PATIENTS ALSO!

This place is absolutely horrible customer service is a really bad. The offices are really dirty and unsanitary. Just from the location of this office it is exactly like I would have imagined. They really need to work on thier bedside manners and comfort of there patients. I literally sat in the exam room for 2 hours waiting in a referal.. craziness...

Jennifer is an "AWESOME" Dental Hygienist! In all my years of going to the dentist I have never experienced one that was so caring, kind, gentle, helpful, informative, understanding, a great listener and she has a great sense of humor. Everything that was needed to be done and more Jennifer did an "EXCELLENT" job at it! She assessed my oral health condition, she asked question in regards to my dental history, she quickly developed my dental x-rays, she removed any & all plaque hard and soft deposits from my teeth, she even taught me a few oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health, she did a wonderful job evaluating my treatment needs, performing documentation and office management activities. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone that is in need of excellent dental care.

Where is the zero rating at? I usually am not the one to complain. But, if I am going to rate a place, I will have too. this place is awful. The second time that I paid for a physical and never been seen for the physical became my last straw. The nurses are very unpleasant and rude. My first appointment I ever made, I wasted my copay. The physical wasn't a physical at all. The second time that I made the so called physical. I didn't eat for 12 hours, I almost fainted because they told me that I wasn't put down for a physical... The crazy thing that I truly dislike about the place is waiting for ever to place or schedule and appointment!
