Showed up at 30 min before appointment time. Check in is by door 8. Checked in they said 45 min before we call you for a door we are backed up. You can park alone the fence got the call for a door about 1 hour & half later. Couple of hours to unload & another hour for paperwork. Said I had a lumper fee but couldn't find my paperwork. Finally on my way close to 4 hours or so. Had to cancel another load I had booked. They will load there trucks 1st then make room for us gradually. Lumper fee as well capstone.
Checked in and was in a door 10 minutes later. Getting unloaded as we speak. So far so good…. Will bring a fishing pole next time.
This was a bad experience. I arrived at 745 am for a 9 am delivery appointment this was my 2nd of 3 drops. Was given a door at 948 am, received call at 1043 am that my paperwork was ready. Pulled out of the dock and went to close trailer doors to discover my trailer was completely empty. After advising receiver I was told to pull back Into the same dock and they would put my other pallets back on. Left at 1132 am to go to final delivery. After completing final delivery discovered that they had also reloaded one of their pallets on my trailer. Had to return to Greco and converse with them multiple times to get them to give me a door and unload the final pallet. Finally was able to leave with an empty trailer at 223 pm, having missed my next 2 pickup appointments
At this moment I wait 2.0 hours for call to docks fo unload.I came for appointment exactly at 11:00am.Looks like I need cancel another work order. Greco warehouse is no big enough to accept so many trucks to docks.Parking lot is small for that many trucks cause for some drivers give hard time manurve. When i was last time other truck driver hit with his trailer my mirror and damage.If I wasn't in cabin and won't used highway horn then he will damage ca my truck cabin
This place is a complete mess since Gabby and Brian left receiving and they brought in capstone. 3-4 hours to get unloaded and get your paperwork. Try the taco truck in the lot. Good food.
Been here a lot of times never had an issue with this place always given a door right away even if early to my appointment and unloaded pretty quick
They take entirely too long to unload had 9am appointment arrived a hr early got door within 45min but it's after 11am and still not unloaded. Gonna miss my next pickup. This place doesn't care about your time
If you want to get screwed, this is the place for you. Rude, Ignorant people. The worst place I’ve ever been to. So ignorant, you can stand at the window forever and people walk past and ignore you. Then when someone finally helps you, you have to wait for a door. Plan on staying there for at least 5 hours…. And filthy….it’s very obvious they have poor management.
Checked in 45 mins before appointment. Got a dock 15 mins after appt. No space in warehouse to unload me. Then 2 hours to break down pallets. Independent drivers beware. Parking lot is a nightmare. Also they use capstone. Lumper fees involved.
All that room and they park the tractors right in front. But I got here early and the got me in right away. I will update later they are unloading me now at 0750 and appointment was at 8am
