I would love to thank Wendy she was very helpful throughout my whole storage stay I actually called to inquire about moving out of my storage and she assisted me and was very helpful I payed less than I thought I was going to pay Soooo thankful for her and if I ever need a secure safe place to store my belongings again my girl Wendy is who I will be coming such a beautiful soul!!

I just want to come and say the store manager Wendy is actually amazing ! There was so much miscommunication from the reps on the phone and the actual store location ! But Wendy did work with me to correct all the issues and came up with the best solution! I am very thankful for her going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and my items were very secured ! Sometimes all it takes is a little conversation ! Wendy was fantastic! Drove in to see availability, she walked around showing me different options. She contacted me when what I needed became available- best service I’ve received in a long time from any company!!
Do not use this storage facility. Front desk lady is rude and has attitude. The manager Craig never answer his phone or return calls. If you lose your key and need them to break a lock they can’t do it so you will be waiting for over a month to get into your unit. My unit had mice dropping all over it within the first month of using this facility. This location in particular don’t go to the other locations are way better with customer service and solving issues
