Doctors, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Pharmacists, Technicians, Security Guards, Volunteers and everyone there are professional and genuinely care about Veterans and are there to help. Don't knock them because of the system. I hear Vets get sub-par treatment at other places, but I've been coming here since it opened and have never had anything but top-notch attention and care.

This clinic is a prime example of toxic health care,Staff doesn't work with you to form a treatment plan that works for you. You have to wait over four weeks to see anyone, and they won't help with community care referrals.

I have been receiving dental care here for the past year and I am very appreciative of everything the dental clinic has done for me. From the assistants to the doctors and surgeons that have worked hard to fix my teeth. They do not get enough credit. Thank you all so much!

Very clean in and out. Plenty of volunteers to direct you to where you need to go. Appointment was at 0900 and I was called in at 0902. No hurry up and wait here.

Today 4/23/2022 @ approximately 3 pm. I was checked into Podiatry & waiting to be called to go back for my appointment. A gentleman which appeared to have a high and tight haircut, but looked more like a mowhawk, was walking past Podiatry with 3 or 4 women, giving them a tour of your facility. This guy, obviously trying to impress these women by making a snide remarks His remark, verbaidum was "This is wear Veterans come for toe jam and stubbed toes" then laughed about it as they walked away. If I wasn't in so much pain, I would of probally of drilled the guy in his nose, for being disrespectful towards Veterans. I saw this same guy and group of women down by registration. The conversation I overheard while I was waiting to get a new ID was very unprofessional. I hope this isn't your Human Resources representative for the clinic. Cause if this is how he conducts buissness, with I presume is new hires, well then the entire place is in a world of hurt. That is the first time that I ever had anything negative to say about your facility, everyone is always so courteous, and helpful. Suppose there's always one bad apple in the bunch. I am very impressed with quality of care I receive at the VA Clinic. I have been using Green Bay VA Clinic since it opened. The staff at the clinic is amazing. Very rarely do I have to wait for more than a few minutes when I arrive to a scheduled appointments.

Great insight to offer Drive Thru Flu Vaccine. No waiting, no finding parking spot, no appointment. Just drive up and 4 nurses take care of paperwork and give vaccine. Really appreciated when your handicapped and have hard time walking. Thanks to all of you.

It's services is quick ans frendly

I enjoyed my time there. Because I was forced into leaving, because of the travel pay interpretation, I will have to go where I really didn't want to. The staff and Drs. here were great. For them, I am thankful.

Never had an issue. Courteous staff, timely care. Gorgeous facility. Only minor complaint that I have is that there is a seemingly lot of robo questions and typing during any visit. Gone are the days of talking and listening and taking notes after.
