Green Caye Rv Park

I lived here a few years ago and I come back when they have their neighborhood garage sale. The neighborhood was safe, the townhouse was fine and in the storm Harvey, didn't flood, the staff is friendly and I didn't need maintenance very often but when I did they were excellent. I liked living there till my house was built on Bolivar.

Very spacious lots for rv. Me and my wife came in our 31 tv travel trailer and they have lots for all the needs. $40 for one night is a decent price. Not far from fishing ports and the beach. I enjoyed my stay.

Prices keep going up. The crime keeps going up. This place has really gone downhill since it was sold to a new owner. Cars getting broken into and stolen

Seemed fairly clean and well kept. Nice facilities. Not sure what happened to the driving range but they should open it back up.

We are here for the winter in our RV the place is clean, friendly, large laundry room, nice showers.

Great place to stay for a short stay or long term. It's quiet and clean. Neighbors are friendly.

Rates are good, not happy that they now include the shed rental into the monthly rate so that increased rent. They don't mow often enough and grass gets tall. Years ago this place was better maintained.

The pictures presented on their site do not lie. This community is absolutely beautiful. It's a quiet, nice, and family friendly community that looks brand new. Which is hard to find now a days. Brand new park, fishing, walking trail by the lake. Guys this is a dream! Alicia is the best property manager I ever met. She thrive hard to guarantee you a perfect living space not just get you in for money purposes. My husband and I love it here!!!! Fingers cross on our process.
