Green Haven Memorial Gardens

I know most people who leave reviews are doing so for their human loved ones whom they have lost. My review is for my sweet golden retriever, Henry whom I recently lost. I was met with the same kindness, patience, sympathy and understanding. I never once felt that "it was just a dog" I especially want to thank Jason for his expert help in helping me design a perfect marker with the words I picked to express my deep love for Henry. I can't say enough about how a difficult time was made easier for me and would highly recommend Green Haven as the perfect choice for a peaceful, final resting place.

Beautiful cemetery. The people there have treated me well in all of my interactions with them.

The staff at Greenhaven is very friendly and knowledgeable. They took very good care of me. The grounds are very park like and well maintained. I would recommend Greenhaven to all families looking for personalized service.

Our Mom is entombed above ground in Chapel 1. The service Green Haven provided was excellent Andy Stewart is top notch. A beautiful Memorial Park more than a cemetery.

After 65 years of marriage my granpa passed away March 28 2018. Many years ago he arranged his and my grandma's funeral through Greenhaven pre-paying for his casket, lot and vault to assure this was as easy a transition for my grandma as possible. Beware of signing a contract with Greenhaven such as my grandparent's did. They paid for a sealed casket which was described to us as "The cadillac of caskets" by our current funeral home director. What Greenhaven delivered was a bottom line unsealed casket to lay my grandpa to rest in today. Then Greenhaven is charging us $450.00 to transport the vault to the cemetary which is approx. 19.3 miles although the contract states there may be additional charges if beyond a "75 mile radius." Our current funeral home director from James Funeral Home has been on the phone for two days fighting with Greenhaven even speaking to the owner with no positive results trying to get them to do the right thing by my grandpa. I'm so sorry my grandma has to deal with this on top of losing her "rock" of 65 years. I want others to know what they may be getting into when dealing with this company. I will be taking further action to rectify this situation by filing a complaint with the National Funeral Home Directors Association, obtaining legal advice and contacting the media if forced to.
