Could I give zero stars, I would. There was NO forewarning that I would be charged duty taxes upon arrival. I have NEVER dealt with a company that does not clearly state if these fees are not accounted for in the purchase and handling prices. When I emailed them to complain, the response I got back actually told me that I should have known there would be duties and that they had to pay out of pocket because they didn't charge me enough for shipping. If I could go back in time and NOT do business with them, I would; as it is, they will never get any business from me again.
Pieces arrived well packaged and are beautiful. Can't wait to add more each year and will purchase from this shop again.
Great product. Buying more pieces for my Christmas village. Lots of variety. Looks just like the ones my mom made when I was little.
