The lady who cut my hair pulled on it so bad with the comb and her hand she was basically ripping through my hair! It was painful and on top of that they're rude! Even her attitude was unpleasant at the time of checkout! I'm not exaggerating, I came here about 5 years ago and got my hair yanked on as well. This is what I get for thinking they might have improved over the years.

Very blunt, but not rude. Very, very good at their jobs. They don't have a 'staff', so that discredits one review. It's a mom and her daughter. Very talented people

the staff is rude i called they did dont answer the phone like a buisness they answered hello when i asked where i am calling they were very rude lady i had went a few days ago to do my hair when i got home i saw several parts of my hair not colored when i went back old lady their told me get out of here and no refund all the staff their are rude and are straight up animals
