We make 18 different Artisan Breads, Croissants, Flat Breads, Cinnamon Rolls, Sticky Buns, Savory Croissants, Granolas, Crackers and more. All are baked on sight in our wood-fired oven.
Our bread starts with splitting wood. We then build a fire. And then we wait. Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, we bake. We have 18 different flavors, ranging from a tasty sourdough to a four seed hearty bread. Other flavors include cranberry almond, sesame semolina, roasted potato, olive herb and our popular finish rye. All of our breads are made with the finest natural ingredients and given the care it takes to produce the best hand crafted bread in West Central Missouri.
