Absolutely enjoy living here! The office staff are welcoming and friendly. They make a point to be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Any maintenance request have gotten handled in a timely manner. Maintenance staff are amazing. They great you with a smile or say hello when you pass them on the property. Neighbors are friendly as well. Honestly it’s a pleasant place to live!
My family and I been living at the Green Valley Apartments for 4.5 years and everything about the community is great! There are many community events where I’ve met some great neighbors. The office staff is always helpful and maintenance has taken care of all our request in a timely manner. We met Justincommunity manager at a community event and we mentioned to him that we were interested in moving to a townhome/single family house. He was able to move us out of our two bed apt and into a townhouse. He made the process really easy and smooth. Thank you Justin and office team!!! I highly recommend the green valley apartments/townhome and Justin.
I'd like to thank Bryan Wallace, technician/handyman at Green Valley Apartments for coming over to my apartment so promptly and taking care of the issue with the washing machine that started spilling water! He was very kind, knocked at the door, and quickly got to work. I've never seen someone work so quickly to repair a problem. As a result, I am requesting that the management of Lewis Management Services, give him a well-deserved raise! Thank you once again Bryan for your assistance. You are definitely an asset to Green Valley Apartments! May God Bless you and your family today and always.
The maintenance team at Green Valley are the best! Eric, Brian, and Matilda are very prompt, courteous, kind, and do their jobs very well. Whenever there are any issues that pop up with our apartment, they come in to help as soon as they can.
We have lived here almost 3 years and I have to say this has been, by far, our favorite place to live. The property has always been so clean and well kept and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I want to thank the community director Viviana for always exceeding our expectations and going above and beyond with such great personality and professionalism.
The office staff are friendly and always attentive and the maintenance crew are courteous, friendly and always available , with a smile when you need them. We needed short term housing in Chino Hills and the whole staff were more then accommodating. We are so glad we chose Green Valley. A special shout-out to the maintenance crew, thank you for all you do.
I absolutely love this place. I've lived here for over a year and I'm really happy with it. The management really cares about their residents and it shows in the way they take care of things. Alyssa is the best. She literally takes of things I just mention off-hand in passing. For example, I mentioned I had a few ants in a plant and the next day, an exterminator showed up. It's really great to live in a place that takes care of you!
I am a current resident here and I am having an amazing living experience. Just last week I placed a work order and the next day they sent someone to fix it. It was very easy process to submit a work order too. I have very friendly neighbors and everyone is respectful. It’s quite at night and is a safe neighborhood. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon.
This place energy is terrible. The manager is lier. She just wanted money. They are so unfairful with deposit money. I cleaned up completely like when I moved in but she changed me $103.95 for little dust and hair pin which is not mine. I deposit $1200 total but she refund only $142. I cleaned completely and no damage at all. Where the manager Alyssa got those numbers 103.95. She is wrapped nicely but thief. They are sneaky with tenant's money. They asked me for my pet DNA Test money. Does anybody hear about this? And they charge utility for about 6 months around $126 in the middle of pandemic. I have more stories with this apartment manager Alyssa.
We moved here a little over 6mo ago from Atlanta. We did everything remotely and the front office staff was AMAZING!! We honestly couldn't have asked for an easier transition! Chelsea had everything ready for us when we arrived. We've always have great experiences with the office staff. They are extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The apartments are very well kept. Someone is always cleaning and making sure the landscape is well kept. We had our first experience with maintenance, and let me say, I have never had someone handle an issue so promptly! Our issues were minor. We didn't put in any special requests, and HOURS later maintenance was knocking on my door ready to repair our issues. He was friendly and informative and was finished within 15min max! The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is VERY pet friendly. We are walking distance to the elementary school and 2min to the Shoppes. We are certainly blessed to have found this community. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Chino Hills area.
