The rooms were a bit dated but extremely clean. They had a microwave and fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everyone there was nice and friendly. I enjoyed the location. It is close to a lot of great eating places and it is not a bad walk to other places around. We had great pricing for the rooms and I felt like it was a good value for what we paid. The bathroom was clean and not broken like some of the other places ive been too. It was a little chilly in our room however.
This hotel was great! The staff were super friendly. The bed was very comfortable and room kept very clean. The only complaint I have is the coffee was too hot. But other than that my over all experience was great and I will definitely be staying here againRooms: 5/5
Called to cancel a reservation but received a text message instead asking what I needed. The person via text message acknowledged my cancelation YET we were charged the full rate despite the website clearly stating cancelations would only be charged half. Shame on me for not speaking to a person. Also...beware of the Google reviews for this place. The names and pictures all follow a similar fake theme: lower case, nonsense names with pictures trolled off the web.
Not thrilled with this one. We're about to check out and asked for an extra hour or so since its raining and our plans are 2 hours after checkout, but were told no. Even though theres not a single person staying here but us and no staff waiting to clean the room. Their housekeeper lives in seymour so they wait til they have a bunch of dirty rooms then call her to work. No coffee in the rooms, no breakfast, the TV only worked part of the time, ice bucket but no ice, no one waiting at the desk, you gotta call him at home, and we're running behind cause instead of doing what we'd planed last night, we were out looking for a coffee maker and batteries for the remote. Then a battered woman showed up at the office door and since no one was here I went down to help her and kept watch till someone got her to make sure he didn't show up looking for her. This was our anniversary so at least we're laughing and reminding each other it's not as bad as our honeymoon. Close, but not quite. We were kids then, now we just laugh it off. But its hard to laugh off the price. Its listed as $91 but we got down here and its $137. Not worth it. Sorry for the length, but I had time to waste while my husband is bringing back coffee and canceling today's plans. So the short of it; stay here only if you have a sense of humor.
We had a wonderful experience. Very clean room and facility and bed was very comfortable after a 11 hour drive. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again if our travels take us this way for sure.Rooms: 5/5
Absolutely wonderful!! Loved our accommodations and the front desk ladies were very helpful worth ALL of my inquiries about the local area. The grounds were pristine and all the amenities were easily accessible. The local area of breathtaking. Locals are friendly also. Can't wait to return for another visit to Nashville.Rooms: 4/5
The rooms smell old and I found mold in the shower. The back of the pillow case was stained and the only reason I checked the room before I decided to stay was another customer complained first, so once I seen the room and saw mold I decided not to rent the roomRooms: 1/5
Beyond love this place. Stayed over 6 times now and always a great experience. Staff is beyond amazing and cater to your every need! location is super cool! Kids absolutely love the park, whirlpool room!! Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Super clean and fully stocked! Definitely check this place out! Close to restaurants, shopping etc!
Great hotel and staff. Guy at the front desk was a pleasure to talk to after a long day of driving, she also signed me up to the hotel rewards so I can start earning points. Nice selection at breakfast and very comfy beds and pillows. I had hurt my back so that really just made my day to be able to get sleep and not have my back hurt.Rooms: 5/5
The service at this hotel is above any I've experienced anywhere elseI travel quite a bit. Very personable staff who actually enjoy what they do and love their boss! I was assisted by staff from the parking lot during a snow storm on December 23rd. Extremely nice and caring staff going above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you!Rooms: 5/5
