I came in with severe neck pain. There were multiple x rays done that were not necessary or needed. I didn’t ask for them but it was something Vince did without me realizing it. The communication was very poor between him and I didn’t know what the next plan of action was during the treatment. He did a lot of measurements. He worked for a total of about 2 minutes on my neck. After that there was another set of x ray pictures done. I was told my neck already looks better based off the pictures and it will feel significantly different tomorrow. I did not have any change of pain the following day and it was only after a few days I felt relief which is typical with neck pain for me. I was highly disappointed in the treatment and even more so with the price. I was told by him that he “Goes cheap on us here in Spokane and you’d be paying much more at a place like this in Salt Lake City”. I think it’s only fair someone else can read a review such as this before seeing Vince and knowing what they can expect.

I can not express enough how thankful I am to find this clinic and Dr. FITZPATRICK. My son was suffering seizures, and not one doctor could give us a reason as to why. I was referred to this clinic by a family member. After one visit, my son's seizures stopped, Not only did his seizure stop, but his headaches, dizziness, and loss of appetite changed for the better as well. Jump forward about 3 months, and I have a herniated disk in my neck. I go to see the doctor and after my first visit. My headaches and my pain are gone. This man is a blessing on Earth, and his technique is to be admired. I would recommendtion 10 out of a 10. Thank you so much.

Dr Vince is one of incredible team of NUCCA doctors I have seen across Canada and US. They use x-rays and precise measurements to realign your spine. NUCCA has enabled me to live a pain free, active lifestyle, after a major diving accident. I anticipate more people experiencing the natural healing of NUCCA. Thank you, team.

I feel like I’ve gained my life back. My heart rate and anxiety have decreased and I feel like I can think clearly and just have a general sense of joy. My family and I are amazed by Dr Fitzpatrick’s dedication to his work and professionalism. Coming to this clinic has been the best decision I’ve ever made for myself and my health. I used to feel limited by my physical chronic pain and it affected my day to day life and even decreased the quality of my life. I felt heartbroken that I couldn’t give my best to those around me once my pain was triggered. I finally feel like we found the root cause to most my physical stress and it gives me hope. Dr Fitzpatrick is so involved in his patients lives. He truly cares for every patient that comes to see him and gives his undivided attention and time to each of us. I feel heard and genuinely helped and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you a million!!!!!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this clinic is and how amazing Dr. Fitzpatrick and Stacey are! Dr. Fitzpatrick genuinely cares about what he's doing and wants to see each and every one of us feeling our best! It has been worth every minute I've spent in their office.

After the longest 2 hours and most expensive chiropractic appointment of my life I left with no relief to the lower back problem I came in with. Prior 1 star reviews are accurate, there is not much done in these appointments and the communication is poor. I had no idea what was going on and left feeling taken advantage of.  I wanted to give the Dr. the benefit of the doubt thinking he must have a reason for only touching my neck as the issue I came in for was ignored. 48 hours later and I have just as much pain as I did before and I have no idea what I spent so much money on. $330 for an initial appointment would have been nice to know up front.  Dr. Fitzpatrick has a unique approach to Chiropractic work and though it does seem like some folks have found relief with his method, I surely didn't experience the same and I would not recommend him.

In just one visit, Dr. Fitzpatrick took me from having a migraine 24/7 with no relief EVER, to having just a mild headache every few days. He genuinely cares about his patients and makes sure that he has us headed in the right direction before he let's you go. He spent over 4 hours adjusting my neck, and I honestly havent found a doctor that's as compassionate and determined to help.

I have been going to Dr Fitzpatrick for about 4 months now. He has helped me a great deal with my alignment and sciatica. Also, I would have these horrible allergy attacks at least once or twice a month. I have not had one since I've been going to him. Thank you Dr. Fitzpatrick!!

Was told how good this Dr is, got there early for a 5 pm appt waited at the front desk for 20 minutes no one shows. Phone rings they come out give me the paper work and dissappear again, been there since 430, its now 510. Dr is now talking to the last patient he was working on and makes it in the room at 530. I get x rays and stuck in a room, 6 pm patient shows up he go to help her and says nothing to me. I sat there till 630 and didn't receive any treatment, I left and will never go there again. Wish I could give it a zero star.
