Greenacres City Hall Lake

Of the worst City Halls in the county. The building department is the rudest. Haven’t come across a pleasant employee ever in that office. I stood at the cashier window for 20 mins while the clerk was on the phone and never once looked up to great me or to say she’d be with me momentarily, never placed the call on hold or anything. Definitely not the smartest or kindest.

Katheelen was amazing from the moment l arrived. The doors opened at 8:00am and every family was given a ticket. As soon as it was my turn Kathleen was so Professional and took very good care of me. I really appreciate her help today. Thank you Kathleen!!

**PASSPORTS**I FULLY RECOMMEND YOU TO CALL BEFORE GOING TO THE APPT TO HAVE ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING READY. DOCUMENTS AND FEES TO PAY. *You can walk in and take a number to be seen. BE AWARE, there is a line of people standing there since 6am. I’ve got a ticket at 8am and there were already 56 people ahead of me. Sometimes at 11am there are no more numbers available. *Bring your own passport pictures. They charge $15 for them when it’s only $3 in a CVS. *Payments only money orders or checks. NO CARD OR CASH. 3 stars because they need someone outside that can help with questions. Or more workers to move everything faster.

Definitely should be better quality knowing I work with government, it's a bit sloppy based on given information on this and the website, had to take two trips to complete the actual application because there was NO INFORMATION on was the money orders for, how much it should be. Once arrived, it's based on a meat deli ticket machine, first come first serve. I've taken pictures for future reference because apparently it's super hard for GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES to be more CLEAR on what needs to be given

We were invited to “An Artzy evening” at City Hall by a friend and there was so many activities to do with the kids. From local school groups singing to music, face painting, food trucks, local vendors etc… if you live in the Greenacres area check this place out. They have yearly events for the entire family.

The worst place to renew your passport. Our tax dollars are used in a terrible way. Everyone there are unprofessional! Avoid Go to USPS with appointment!!! Waited 61/2 hours to renew my passport.

I went to get my baby's pasaport processed yesterday and we had the greatest experience! The young lady at the window provided an amazing customer service. She was very sweet with the baby. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I definitely recommend to get your passport process at this location.

Went to get my passport at City Hall and Kathleen Schlosbon attended me! She was friendly and efficient! What a great ambassador for your city!

Went for my passport, took hourssss to be seen but was out in no time.

I just applied for my 6 months child's passport. when I make appointment on the phone gentleman explained everything very clear. Facility is super clean stuff is very friendly .And thank you Katleen.. she deserves more than 5 stars!
