Seneca Animal Hospital is the very best. When my dog Lola needed to be seen on an urgent basis on a Friday, you were the only ones who showed compassion and cared enough to work her in to be seen. I appreciate it so very much. We will see you when Lola is due for her yearly visit!
We enjoyed your service and love how sweet and nice the workers were. They loved Laila and took very much care of her. And answer any questions that I had.
Our experience at Seneca Animal Hospital never disappoints. The staff are kind and very professional. I asked for my German Shepherds nails to be cut a little bit shorter on her next nail trim. They responded to my request understanding my concerns and notated Roxys records for the next visit. They offered additional points for a discount. Which was extremely nice. I trust them with my fur baby.
Our dogs are always very excited to be boarded at SAH. They always come home exhausted which is amazing for the days after we get back from traveling. We love getting the photo updates and hearing the techs talk about our babies. You can tell everyone truly loves their job and it makes leaves our babies while traveling much easier. We also use SAH for our vet needs. The visits are always pleasant and affordable. We love the reward points too!
Great place for pet care. The staff are friendly and very prompt. Easy to get an appointment as well!! They have better follow up and outreach than my personal physician. We recently moved all 2 dogs and 2 cats our pet to the care of Seneca Animal Hospital. Did I forget to mention that they have boarding and grooming as well!! What a comfort to have those services by the same provider!! Patches loves them!!
Most reasonable vet that we've ever found and they really care. The bill and the medication is so much cheaper than I've ever found. I'm so glad I found this place. They understand that most people don't have thousands of dollars to constantly spend on pets and they don't take appointments, you just show up and wait. A real hometown vet like I haven't saw in 25 years. Thanks so much.
Most pleasant and friendly animal facility I have ever been to. Going in with a new very small puppy in which I was full of questions and they made me feel like we were patients not just a number in and out. I was trying to jot down the things e were talking about and she said never mind there’s no need to do that. They print off the whole conversation we had food me to go back to if any questions. That was another 5 star. Also the time frame of future visits that they strive to do is wonderful. That day if at possible. I have been to other places where I have seen people desperate to get in and they turn them away. So very very happy with Seneca Animal Hospital.
I thank Seneca Animal hospital for the awesome care you gave to my Jasmine. I was so worried about her and didn't know what to do. It's hard to find emergency care for fur babies but when I called crying they told me to bring her on in. Now Jasmine is home doing good . Thank you so much !
I was charged $600 for 2 dogs yearly check ups then another $400+ for test that show inconclusive results. One dog was placed on medication & I asked for a printed prescription so I didn’t continue to pay their exorbitant fees. There is a $6 charge for a prescription!! They only want money, they do not care about your pet!
