This is my car wash, and I love it however...recently they went up on their prices and I understand that. They have not gone up on their prices in years. But to go from 6.00 to 10.00 for a basic wash is a pretty steep diff. I'm not sure what the other places charge but almost doing double seems a bit much.
I’ve driven a Porsche 911 20,000 miles in the past 9 months for business and pleasure. Good high pressure self wash car washes are hard to find! This place has two self serve bays. The credit card reader in my bay worked. The pressure was great. I’ll come back next time I pass through.
Great place. Stalls always clean and brushes are clean as well. I always use the self service but my last trip there they were having water pressure issues with the stalls and didn't know it until after I had dropped a hand full of quarters in it. Gentleman working did not hesitate to send me thru the auto wash with the most expensive wash for free. Been using this wash ever since it opened and always satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the property.
Used the touch less car wash and now understand the negative reviews. It didn’t rinse our truck off and left blue liquid all over. We ended up rinsing the truck off again once we got back home. Save your money go somewhere else
Customer service sucks. If your hours listed are open until 5 pm on Sundays, then you shouldn't turn people away at 4:55!
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The wash clearly didn’t work no soap, hardly any water, no tire cleaning, no dryer, NOTHING for the most expensive wash. When I approached the “manager” to let him know the issues, he gave me an attitude and told me it worked fine and that he didn’t know what wash I got, but he watched and it went through all the cycles like it was supposed to. I asked him to come look at the car, about 20 feet away, and he wouldn’t budge at all and continued to give me attitude saying it worked fine. He then told me to drive around and he would pay to put me through again.... no chance in hell. Find another place at all costs. What a scam. Post wash pictures attached.
My 1st visit, I needed to wash my F-150 Lariat Pick up Truck, after a 800 mile round trip. Easy access, price was reasonable.
Great guys that work there to help maintain the wash. Also a very small price of $35 monthly for as many washes as you want a month per vehicle.
Staff helpful...I get the special wash tires cleaned and it works GREAT ...plus I love there is FREE vacums that actually work! If your lazy like I am this is the place to wash your car for a good product and a nice price .
Terrible experience. We had gone to clean out our work van and we decided to clean out the car we hadn’t even touched the vacuum at this point. While throwing things away this man comes out of nowhere and is screaming to pick up the trash that we had dropped. We had maybe only been there about three minutes at this point, we were not done. The guy continues to yell it’s only free with washing the car. Let me remind you we weren’t vacuuming at all it’s a work van so what would be the point. We were going to clean the car out then wash the floor mats after because some drinks had spilled on them and were sticky. The guy had assumed that it was “common sense” to wash then vacuum. However, I didn’t think there was a right or wrong way to detailing a car. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never go again!
