I would not have even left one star. This place was over priced and under quality. My daughter list 2 brand new brackets with in the 1st month. We cpuld not get her back in and they kept my insurance deposite. We had to move to a new orthodontist who wound up removing whatever brackets had not fallen off and starting over. Put my daughter back a whole year on her braces. So do t waster your time..or money.

I came here for a consultation and was not impressed. I felt very rushed. I ended up going with another provider. The prices between the 2 were only about $250 apart but it was the environment for me. The other place was just much more welcoming, they have more advanced equipment and took their time to explain everything.

I went to Dr. Haws to be evaluated for braces. I wasn’t able financially to follow through with getting them, but Dr. Haws and his staff were great! He went above and beyond to ensure I would receive the best care possible with the best outcome! When I become financially able, I will go back to Dr. Haws to improve my smile!

The work is good but I witnessed the receptionist asking kids what days and times were ok for them. That puts parents in a hard place with their work. Maybe find out from the parents of the children what time and date is good for their child.

My grandson has gone to Greeneville Orthodontics for two years and he has done really well. His teeth are beautifully straight and look wonderful. The office stays right on top of things and we couldn't be more pleased.

My daughter had her braces here and her smile looks amazing. That is the most important thing by far. The only down side to the experience was having a 'service charge' if you need to use a debit card to pay once a month. I had to work during the day and would often forget to write out the check that morning when someone else would be taking my daughter after school. Yes, the front desk was extremely nice in saying, "you can bring by a check later,' but still. The debit card is a proper form of convenience payment and, in my opinion, a thriving business shouldn't feel the need to make the client eat that service charge cost.

My son had his braces put on a month ago, but has been prepping for them for several months. Dr. Haws and his staff have been very proficient and kind during the process.

I was a little leary about getting braces at my age. Dr. Haws and his staff made me comfortable from the begining. I would highly recommend them for any age. I can not wait to get my braced off.

Both my brother and I were patients of Dr. Haws and his awesome team at Greeneville Orthodontics. We love how our smiles look and would highly recommend Dr. Haws and his team to all our family and friends.

Dr. Haws is very knowledgeable and good at was he does. The staff in the office is great. Highly recommended for any orthodontic treatment. Could not have been happier with the end results!
