I do not recommend going to this bowling alley. My friends and I a group of 10 people came in to glow bowl, we specifically requested this. The front reserved our lanes for glow bowling on their sheet of paper. We got there a couple minutes before it started. We SPECIFICALLY mentioned that we were going to stay for glow bowling. The lane malfunctioned multiple times, making our game longer than normal. In the MIDDLE of our game, a woman came up and said “You guys have to quit, pay, and come pay even more money for glow bowling.” She was unprofessional and very apathetic about our disappointment. Her customer service training is poor if she even had it and the management is pathetic.

My kids got harrassed by the one female staff there. A short blonde thing! She had the nerve to swear multiple times at my 3 and 12 year old for being kids. She even attempted to go and grab my 3 year old with force from the lane. I understand rules are rules but who and what rite does staff have to swear at a party and swear and get confrontational with my family. I feel very disrespected to the point I almost wanna seek legal actions . Me & my family will never go there again. Worst birthday party ever thanks to them! we will never do any kinda business here again. I feel very embarrassed and disrespected. And not the whole time they sit there and watch your party like hawks! We are leaving our party early and not coming back to this rude staff!I mean who has employees getting face to face with mothers swearing at there kids.. this place does!!! Facts. Terrible service! But never again! 4/29/23

Very nice bowling area. They have about 20-25 lanes Would be great for a party. Food and atmosphere was good. We had a fun time

Love the staff! Building inside and out are clean and free of debri. Sometimes the lanes have too much oil, and the equipment does have its share of issues. The bar food, especially the Greek fries, are all delicious.

Awesome time out with the kiddos! Clean, family environment. Great bar tender as well.

I hope the owners are reading this as I was impressed by the lanes and the overall look of the establishment. The last time I bowled there in a league was 20 years ago, and the overall experience bowling there again was equally impressive .

Glow bowling is always fun. If you want to reserve a lane you have to pay in person beforehand

ZERO. ordered food and she wiped the knife on her dirty leggings and cut the bread and meat then wiped her nose with her hand and used it to pick up the fries?? Ran out of cheese and ripped the refill bag so just handed it to me as is? I just asked if I could have a side of ketsup since they were out and they both rolled their eyes. absolutely filthy and extremely rude
