Description

Part of the American Addiction Centers (AAC) family of facilities throughout the United States, Greenhouse is located in a beautiful former luxury spa in Grand Prairie, Texas, in the greater Dallas area. In this peaceful atmosphere, we offer five levels of research-based treatment care for adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental disorders.

The clinical staff at Greenhouse has years of experience in the addiction and mental health industry. Our treatment team is staffed with caring, compassionate, and qualified clinicians. We only select appropriately licensed physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists, nurses, and support staff to work with the client on a plan for long-term recovery.

Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive, compassionate and innovative care to adults and adolescents struggling with alcohol and/or drug conditions and mental/behavioral health issues. Through research-based and empathetic care we instill hope that long-term recovery is possible. Our purpose and passion is to empower the individual, his/her family, and the community through the promotion of optimal wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.

This place absolutely saved my life. The staff is amazing, and the facility is awesome. Greenhouse is not your average rehab facility. They go above and beyond for their clients. They customize treatment to the individual, and touch on every aspect of addiction/recovery. Pluse the luxury amenities. Bar none, the best place to go to get clean and sober.
This was my first time in recovery, and the team at Greenhouse made it very comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. All of the staff is very welcoming and helpful with any and all questions. Alex is wonderful, and I loved my therapist Justin. The nurses are amazing, especially Turquoise, Bradley and Sunday. The food is wonderful, and they feed you three meals a day, plus two snack times. At first it will be a little confusing to navigate, but once you are done with detox they give you a tour. Ask for Keith if you have ANY questions or issues and if he doesn't have the answer he will point you to who does. I definitely recommend Greenhouse Treatment Center.
Greenhouse was my first ever treatment center, I came in nervous and not knowing what to expect. From the first day I touched down, I was welcomed with smiling faces and compassion. The facility is beautiful, the staff is absolutely incredible, each with their own recovery stories and ability to connect. I have grown so much and would recommend this place to anyone who needs a helping hand or a fresh start. Thank you endlessly Greenhouse!
Overall Greenhouse is a good facility. It needs some updating and not exactly as advertised, no indoor pool, stem room broken, food is so so a lot of plain fish and chicken etc. The staff is for the most part great but not clear communication between them and on rules. Classes could be more structured and there is very little down time but overall a good experience. Lastly, Housekeeping needs to clean better, sheets do not get changed, no vacuum, and shower cleaning is lacking.
I have been to this facility several times and there is a reason why i come back to this place. All the staff, peers, therapists and doctors are top notch. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable and the amenities are never ending. Arturo, Alton, Keith and Todd are some of my personal favorites to work with. Any time i had an issue or needed some help or guidance they would jump through hoops to make it possible. In a nutshell this place was amazing and saved my life. Thank you Greenhouse! PS. The plan is to stay sober but if you do relapse come back to greenhouse and they will welcome you with open arms.
The staff at Green house was incredible and very caring. the nurses and Ta's take great care of you and make sure you are comfortable. Arturo was unbelievably helpful in the process of my recovery, he solved any issues or questions I had or could possibly have. If I could not find Arturo, MiMi was always there to solve anything i could not figure out. Her personality would always brighten my day on the days I was struggling, she was there to lift my spirits as well as giving great guidance.
At first, the place seems very nice with great facilities. But so-called procedures can make the best person go backwards and there is no flexibility when a minor hiccup occurs. A rehab facility must be prepared to interact professionally and flexibly with their clients according to their needs. Greenhouse does not.
The Greenhouse provided an amazing experience for me to get and remain sober. I have the tools and resources now to cope with life's adversities without returning to my addiction. The staff is friendly, the nurses are attentive, and the food is pretty good. While I hope to never have to return to a rehab facility, I would choose The Greenhouse in a heartbeat.
Coming to Greenhouse was the best decision I could have made. The staff here is very welcoming and caring. When I arrived waiting in the lobby Arturo was the first of many to come up and greet me. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I could definitely feel I was cared for. I absolutely loved my therapist Emily along with all the rest of them. There is always someone you can talk to or go to when you need, and everyone is always checking in with you to make sure you are good. This treatment center is by far my favorite I have been to. I would definitely recommend anyone who was struggling and wants to better their life to pick up your phone and call. Thank you greenhouse!
I appreciate everyone here. The staff is incredible. The food is awesome. Just wait till you meet the therapist and counselors. Life changers. The Addicks that come here would agree with me. I leaving tomorrow strong and sober. One day at a time. Thank you Green House.
