Greenleaf Painters, LLC is owned and operated by Jonathan Shenk.
Jonathan formed the company in January 2006, drawing on several years of apprenticeship experience with companies in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The company was founded with a focus on environmentally-friendly "green" painting, an emphasis which continues today.
Jonathan brings an international perspective to his company. He was born in Somalia and lived there and in Kenya until the age of 12. He is a former Presbyterian pastor and draws inspiration from his Pennsylvania Dutch grandfather, a missionary who built houses, churches, and a medical clinic in East Africa.
