I’ve liked all of the docs here! Walvoord and Rodi, thank you for shooting everything straight with me. Miriam, you’re the greatest NP and hype woman during a pregnancy and I’m so grateful for you. Mary Kate, you made every ultrasound a wonderful experience, answering all my crazy questions. And Thurston, I cannot say enough how grateful my husband and I are that you delivered our baby girl so professionally in the midst of the emergency cesarean chaos. ALL the office staff and LPNs are so sweet and make the office a beautiful place to go for each visit

I absolutely love everyone here! The nurses are super sweet and make you feel very comfortable. The doctors are great too and never made me feel rushed while asking lots of questions about my pregnancy. I had every pregnancy appointment here and it was great each time.

I love this facility, I love their staff specially Dr. Miriam faith, she makes sure that you feel comfortable with her she explains everything so well when it comes to the pregnancy and to you as a women she’s the best

I call today 09/15/22 to see if they were accepting new patients, I was told yes they are but then she went on to say but we're booked until next year sometime so we can't take you. Idk if they were too lazy to book a new patient or what but that makes absolutely no sense. Horrible

I'm a new patient to this practice and had my first appointment yesterday. There were some problems with scheduling at first. When I was pulled back in order to get my height and wait the nurse who pulled me back made my experience very upsetting and uncomfortable. She made a comment about my weight, and in the middle of the hallway is asking my very personal questions as people are walking by. The type of questions she was asking i personally feel should have been asked in a room. Questions about urine, Discharge, Symptoms etc should never be asked in the middle of a hallway as people are entering and leaving rooms. This made me incredibly uncomfortable. I was asked to give a urine sample but when going into the bathroom and placing my sample into the cubby there were 2 other urine samples from other people still sitting there. Because of this experience I wanted to give a 1 star review. However, Dr. Pinckney and her nurse saved the day. I cant remember the nurses name who works with Dr. Pinckney but she was amazing and so respectful. Dr. Pinckney listened to all of my problems and made sure I was okay the entire time. She is Excellent and I recommend her!!

I have been a patient here for the past five years and I have had nothing but good service from the staff. I have seen 4 of the Physicians and two of the PA’s and they all seem to work in unison. I love that about the team. They are innovative and knowledgeable about new and updated processes and procedures. So if I ask them about something new coming out they are never caught off guard. I feel good that I can trust them to help me to make the right decisions about my body.

Worse doctors nurses and receptionists in all SImpsonville.

I have been a patient of this clinic for 15 years & I haven't had any of these issues. I do go to the Simpsonville most of the time. Dr. Baily is great. I have never had a problem at any of the locations.

I was trying to make an appointment, after holding for 25 minutes they picked up and hung up on me. Called back again, same thing, they just hung up, this time I didn't have to wait 25 minutes at least.. If this is how they treat there patients I want no part of it.

My wife scheduled an appointment on the website and it clearly stated that they are accepting new patients and accepting her insurance, when she gets there they tell her they don accept her insurance an they are not accepting new patients, something is obviously going on there
