Low stars ONLY because of the bookstore associate, never before have I dealt with anyone so rude, I’m not the nicest person in the world either but never to people I’ve had 3 or less interactions with. She snapped at me for looking through the store for my books after I was standing up at her counter for a few minutes unacknowledged By her, snapping her fingers and saying, “uh uh, sir you need to come wait up here I’m not trying to spread Covid 19” even though I was Wearing a mask and complied gracefully when just a few minutes later another dude came in without a mask and did the same thing and she said, “hello what can I help you find sweetie” completely changed tone. The whole interaction lasted But 20 minutes, but every sentence I spoke she interrupted me and wouldn’t let me thoroughly explain the issues I was having with the online bookstore, mostly just interrupting me to interject how “simplistic and self explanatory” the online bookstore process was to get them which isn’t and “no I don’t have those books you gotta go to Barton” without even bothering to just look up the inventory just to see- but, I went and got a book voucher and returned, much to her visually apparent dismay, and I showed her the voucher, and she grumbled again about how she didn’t have the books, but looked them up to see if she did, come to find out she actually DID have most of them. Although she failed to mention that I was missing one, which I discovered last night.but she was in such a rush to get me out of the store it seemed, and she assured me that I had every one I needed save one. Luckily my professor for that class has several PowerPoints and notes available on blackboard I can use to get through the assignments until I can make inconvenient arrangements to go find the other book. I’ve been there a total of 3 times in the past two years, one time with my fiancé and the associate was just as rude then, the rest of the staff wasn’t as rude as she was, although they weren’t especially friendly either. I’ve never said or done anything to warrant that much rudeness so maybe she just thought we were ugly or something and decided she didn’t like us but whatever. As long as I can help it, I will NEVER return to this campus, I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to the Barton campus rather than use this one. Very appalling. 1/10 would not recommend.

I went here for personal training 14 years ago. I highly recommend this program.

I really enjoyed seeing the exhibit of the students work. Very talented!!
