Went to drop off diploma to frame, owner wasn't there. Went to pick up twice during open hours to find that there was nobody there. Framed diploma looked ok, but wasn't what I had envisioned. Would have been helpful to have the person there when dropping it off. Frame came out decent, but probably wasn't worth what I paid. Would have consulted with the owner, but she wasn't there when I went to pick up. Overall pretty dissatisfied. Only giving 2 stars because the frame came out ok.
Beautiful work, customer service above and beyond. The owner went out of her way to accommodate me during difficult times.
Excellent work . Work done in a timely fashion. Owner is pleasant and readily available
