The best flower shop in this area. So nice and friendly and the flowers always last for weeks I don’t know how they do it. Always pull off the most beautiful designs. Thank you for your attention to detail and craftsmanship to your work.
I will never use them again! They were supposed to be delivered on my daughter's 40th birthday, but they said they had the wrong address. Why, I have know clue except that maybe they should repeat everything you ordered over the phone! Then I spoke with the owner who said my daughter wasn't home, which is bull, and the driver was too far away to go back! Who runs a business like this??? The flowers were delivered the next day and cost a small fortune for such a small bouquet. They are the worst!
They literally saved my Valentines day. The woman who I think owns the store and I think her daughter worked there. We're both very helpful and sweet to the customers including me, arriving 10 mins before closing. They helped me so much and even threw in extra beautiful decorations with my arrangement. They did a great job but it was the wonderful attitude and charm that'll bring me back. Thanks
I went here today to buy some flowers for my daughter who was in the hospital after a very bad car accident. The women there was so thoughtful, this is the best place ever. Wonderful person. Thank you so much, she loved them.
Flowers delivered on time. The recipient was overjoyed and said they were beautiful.
I ordered flowers for my boss from here. I asked to spend upward of 70.00 which I was charged. I described the occasion Administrator's Day for Long Term Care and suggested some flowers to add into the arrangement as they were seasonal. She received about 4 hydrangeas and 5 OPEN tulips about to lose their petals and 3 twigs. It was small. While she was appreciative, I was horrified. I have never been so over charged for an arrangement and I embarrassed when I saw it. Yes, they were delivered-about 2 to 3 miles at best. They were also delivered almost before she left for the day. I expected them in the morning as I ordered the day before! Looking at the photos on the website, I expected more to it than the few things I mentioned as the photos appear large for much less money. Pitiful. I WILL NEVER order from here again. For 70.00, next time I'll go to a grocery store and buy much much more than she got. RIP OFF!
I ordered online and picked the deluxe arrangement. My friend sent me a picture and it was very full of white roses and pretty. Next time though, I would order by phone, as arrangement was chosen because her favorite flower is pink roses. I understand it is not possible to always provide exactly the arrangement pictured. I was happy with the service as I only ordered a day ahead of time.
Total walk-in since I needed a bouquet suddenly. I have no clue as to what flowers look good together so I asked her to make a cheerful one. The result was great! The recipient was really happy.
HIGHLY recommend Greenwood Florist!! I’m in Arizona, and when I saw the bouquet I ordered looked EXACTLY like what they delivered, I could NOT have been happier!!! No more “big chain” florists EVER AGAIN!!!!
Had to place a last minute order for funeral flowers and was worried they wouldn't make it on time. They did, and they were beautiful. Flowers aren't cheap for things like this, and I have been let down by other places in the past with fillers and lackluster arrangements. Greenwood did not disappoint! Thank you so much!
