Would give no stars if I could. Park owner Dawn is terrible and has absolutely no regard for tenant safety or concerns with overly dead tree limbs falling on people and cars. Picks favorites and chargers others extra for things her favorites get for free. in other words, run away from here.

Love calling this place home. Drainage sucks as my end has to walk through a river everytime it rains.
Poor streets and drainage. Lots of vacant or abandoned homes. Moderate security.
