Fascinating museum and well worth a long look. Wonderful photos and archival materials. Elaine, the curator and ranger, gave us an in depth tour of the museum and the history of Elk. She is a wealth of knowledge and was very generous with sharing it with us in a captivating way. Highly recommend a stop here!
The ranger was very knowledgeable and helpful. The town history is very interesting. I loved the wall mural showing the historical importance of the town. I could have stayed and chatted all day!
This small museum is packed with photos and displays that is all very informative about the local history. It explains a lot of things you see in the bay.
