Ordered 2 felt wheels for wood carving tools and shipping was supposed to be $8.00 but they only had 1 felt wheel and shipping for Canada was now $24.00. Should have been more forthcoming. Don’t know if I will see my money back. Have not heard from them.

I went on the website and ordered a few items, checked of the country i live in from the drop down menu, put in my credit details only to get the message the day after "we do not ship to EU". Maybe don't have EU countries listed as places you ship to then. And maybe apoligize for the inconvinience.

BAD BUSINESS. Definitely move on to another business. Inventory is inaccurate and absolutely no communication for sold out items. Unprofessional and unreliable. There was no remedy offered for the mistake THEY made. Basically I was told it's not coming and won't be. I only found this out because I messaged first, I never got any email from them. They said they did but I've been checking daily, even in my spam so even their emails are unreliable. Very unsatisfied and the whole transaction was an inconvenient waste of time. Please buy from another retailer if your buying from them online.
