Let me start by saying I hated dentist offices especially after last years experience at Aspen Dental. But here, they take care of me. Honestly they made me realize they weren’t in that bad of shape to require dentures and with proper care as I am now doing they will get better and now I honestly don’t dread the dentist office. I love it here and even tho I live in Murfreesboro, I’ll make the drive for Dr. Alford and his team. Hands down!
So happy with Dr Alford and Staff! After my long time Dentist, Dr Haynes retired, I needed to find a new Dentist, so I decided on Dr. Alford. During my first visit today, I felt right at home with Dr. Alford, and my Hygenist as well as ALL of the professional office staff. Personally, I am over the moon happy with Dr. Alford and his professional staff because they really care about their patients.
Wonderful experience. Great dentist. Professional and works with people without insurance. I will be returning and my husband will too! Great clinic and very friendly staff.
Dr Alford is a superb dentist! Since Dr Haynes retired, I found a new Dentist, Dr. Alford. And I am very pleased with Dr Alford and Jackie, my excellent hygienist. The whole staff put me at ease, and all were professional! I am picky about Dentists, however, Dr. Alford and staff are just the right Dental Office for me!

Dr. Alford has been my dentist since we moved here 20 years ago. My daughter, Callie, is now part of the Team and a dental hygienist for Dr. Alford. I have always had such a great experience and have recommended his office to everyone. They are a great group and truly care about their patients. I would never go anywhere else.
Dr. Alford does good work in a timely manner. I never wait long in the waiting room and he is ery meticulous with dental repairs. All of his staff are top notch and easy to talk to. They are very helpful with insurance and appointments. I can tell they all have my best interest at heart.
I'm in my early fifties and had NEVER had a good experience with a dentist... that is, until I saw Dr. Alford at the recommendation of a friend. His staff is phenomenal and I couldn't have asked to have been treated any better. He's very good at what he does. He's kind, as gentle as possible and constantly makes sure you're ok. He's very patient, understanding and compassionate; very rare qualities these days.
I received excellent care as always at Dr. Alfords office. Libby is the best dental hygienist I've ever been to. Both Dr. Alford and Libby care about your dental health and work with you to ensure great dental care. All the office employees are happy and cheerful anytime I have been there. Couldn't ask for a better dental experience!
I just had a cleaning and check up. As usual, the hygienists did excellent work. We talked the whole time and the time just flew by which is great cause I used to get bad anxiety before switching back to Dr. Alford. Plus, Dr. Alford truly cares. I got a good check up!!! All in all, everyone in the office is super nice!
