Recently bought a brand new camper from ORR. Great process, terrific customer service, and a great all around experience! The workers at the service dept were awesome with getting my hitch added on. I definitely will be coming back in the future.
Guys if y’all are looking for a new boat, Adam is your man. He will do everything he can to make the process as smooth as possible. He went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank him enough. Great team they have working there.
Adam Henderson was great. I already knew what RV I wanted. He showed it to me and was very knowledgeable and personable. They held the trailer for almost 8 weeks with a deposit, which I really appreciated as I was selling my house. Adam went over the trailer details when I went to pick it up and I left with it in tow, feeling I had been well versed. Would definitely buy from Greg Orr Marine and RV again.
The team at Gregg Orr Marine &RV were very easy to deal with. I must have made 6 or 8 trips to see Kip before I made the decision on what boat to buy. Kip was super informative and always willing to walk the lot again and again. I never felt pressured and was always greeted by everyone I saw. Great service and very happy with the experience.
This was the easiest experience I have ever had. I told Tera what I wanted and she got me in touch with Marci and there was no problems at all, the whole process was all about me. Marci picked my jeep up at my job to add a part it needed, brought the paperwork to me to sign. It was fabulous and I 100% recommend Marci to anyone looking!! And absolutely thank Tera for pointing me in her direction.
Walked in last year , looking for a pontoon , and Kip was extremely courteous and helpful. Decided this year we needed a fishing boat for just my wife and I because the pontoon wasn't set up for fishing, moreso family outings. Again Kip took care of us and put us on exactly what we wanted. Will not hesitate to recommend Kip to anyone looking to purchase a boat. The rest of the crew are very courteous also , we just dealt with Kip mostly.
Would not recommend. Nice customer service but do not follow through with what they tell you. I bought 2022 hurricane deck boat just over 3 weeks ago and have had several issues contacted the dealer day after purchase and still have not had any update or response in how they are going to take care of it. All I hear is “ill see what I can do and ill give you a call back”. 2022 boat missing a wiring harness to the lighting. Fuel gauge quit working after 3 hours on the boat. Hydraulic steering was installed incorrectly causing a bolt to come loose and I lost the ability to steer while running down the lake. Keep in mind this is all within a total of 6 hours on a 2022 boat.
Been looking for a Havoc MSTC with a Gatortail 40 and couldnt find exactly what i wanted anywhere. I finally found a boat i liked at Gregg Orr so i inquired about it. The next day Adam contacted me and said it was sold, but dug around and found another boat he had in stock that was better than the one i initially saw. Did the deal over the phone and drove 5 and half hours the next day to go pick it up. Gregg Orr is a top notch place with tons of inventory and Adam is second to none. Definitely will recommend this place to anybody i know looking for boats or RVs. Thanks very much to the Gregg Orr team for getting me my dream Havoc!!!!
Worst customer service. Bought a brand new havoc and gator tail 40, has been in the shop 5 times in less than 2 years. Gregg Orr has never covered the work under warranty. Motor broke at 4 hours, Gregg Orr said it was from “abuse” 4 hours. Heck I paid extra for one of their upgraded trailers, found cracks in the welds. Tried to reach out for gregg orr to fix the issue and ended up only getting a few texts. Won’t spend another penny at this sorry joint
Very attentive towards my issues that I was having with my camper. I did not purchase this camper from Orr and they still treated me like one of there customers! Thanks for your help Mark and the guys and gals at Gregg Orr Marine!
