So good. Love the BLT. The chocolate cake is like really homemade. Can’t beat the price. We enjoy it !!! Nachos - over the top. Burgers - great.Food: 5/5
Greg's is a great family restaurant. Also, a wonderful place to hold a luncheon or meeting in their back dining room. There is plenty of space and privacy. I have ordered numerous different items from the menu and have always been happy with my choices. The desserts are the highlight for me!Food: 5/5
Loved food the service and desserts. We had a young waitress who made us laugh we decided to get one more drink before we left so we asked for the check and a painkiller. She brought us the check and we asked about the painkiller and she thought we were kidding and was referencing and Ibuprofen lol she's like seem like she was too young to know what a painkiller was it's a rum drink that they offer there she was funny and bubbly Parking: Plenty Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp
Food was absolutely delicious. Scallops were out of this world, baked potato cooked to perfection. The Caesar salad was fantastic, could definitely tell the salad dressing was in house freshly made, and the rolls, let's talk about how delicious the FRESH bread rolls are. I believe the bread is referred to as Ciabatta bread not %100. But I think so. Wait staff was fast, attentive, and courteous. Food came on time very quickly. Definitely worth checking out their menu. Guaranteed there's something for everyone on the menu.
We had a family reunion at Greggs recently with @ 35 people. It was fantastic! The food was delicious finger sandwiches. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Working with Greggs in organizing the function was easy and professional. We would go back for another function in a heartbeat! They used fresh cut turkey in the turkey sandwiches. And everyone raved about the vanilla and chocolate cake for dessert!
So delicious. We did a late lunch. My friend had the shrimp tacos and i had the pasta with crispy calamari. For dessert we tried the lemon cake and a death by chocolate. Id suggest splitting a meal with a friend so u can fit in dessert. Of course u can order one to go. Waitress was pleasant and attentive too. We were in heaven with those cakes!
The server and the other staff were fantastic. Food arrived quickly, friendly environment. The only thing I was not fond of is that the food could have used more seasoning. It could have just been the dish but the chicken dish I had tasted like it had no seasoning at all.Food: 4/5
I went to Gregg's for the first time in the mid-late 80's and fell in love with their cheesecake. And many times over the years I would order whole cheesecakes for special events or to give as gifts. The cheesecakes Gregg's offered in the 80's, 90's, and early-mid 2000-2012 were impressive. The one I picked up today was anything but impressive. While the diameter may be the same, the height seems to be almost half of what it once was. I'm sorry to say this is the last time I'll be purchasing their cheesecake. For what they charge I can make at least three of my own at their former size.
PIES. CAKES. ECLAIRS. CUP CAKES. YUM. The rest of the menu is great, too. Freshly prepared, well made, tasty. The restaurant is clean and well lit stole that line from Hemingway. Service is great. But the cakes, pies, and other desserts are what everyone keeps coming back for!!!!!Food: 5/5
I haven't been here in 10 years, since I moved from the area and it didn't disappoint. As I always remembered, clean, affordable, quality entree's, remarkable pastries.Only problem was, I ate so much I had to skip dessert. Staff is always courteous and friendly. Gail our waitresses was like a favorite aunt. Very personable as well as the floor manager. I'll call him "mr.sunshine.' since he was a Florida transplant. It's refreshing to go somewhere where the employees actually want to be there and are invested in the quality service they provide.
