For over 30 years Greg’s legal career has focused on business entity formation, estate planning, and the litigation, negotiation and mediation of thousands of court cases involving commercial disputes, criminal defense, real estate and probate matters as well as divorce and domestic related issues. Greg served as a delegate for the United States/Japan Economic Commission accompanying then United States Attorney General Edwin Meese III on delegate functions and sat as a Judge Pro Tem for 26 years in the Fourth Judicial District Court. Greg is certified as a Domestic Court Mediator and a Continuing Education Instructor by the Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate. He lectures extensively on real estate matters throughout Utah and has trained hundreds of individuals and companies on Residential Property Management.
