Very nice staff and environment. Lynn is the owner and does the best nails. She calls her customers by their name and can speak good English so ask her if you have any questions she’s the boss. Prices are very affordable. They are abiding by covid rules 100% temp checks, shields, sanitized utensils everything. Ms tee did my pedicure and she was amazing, definitely my go to nail shop!
This is a Nail shop in my area so my mother and I frequently patronized them. I won't anymore. My mother asked for a manicure at 5:30 when we both came in, they initially said they would provide the service only to have her wait until after 6 to say no one could do her manicure. Meanwhile, they were fully staffed working on the hands and feet of other customers. I asked why and they said we needed to come earlier. They close at 7! Then they said no one knew how to do a dip manicure! I finished my service only because they had already started after expressing how disappointed I was in their horrible customer service. Fast forward within a week my dip manicure was lifting and nails coming off. I came back they fixed them and the next day a nail broke again!! I was there 3 times in two weeks for the same service! Ridiculous! What's worse is the attitudes in this shop are nasty! I see why I look around and rarely ever see a Black person there! Well, I won't be going back. Unfortunately, the owner was out of town. Well, Lynn might want to be careful who she leaves in charge.
I've had two not awesome but not bad manicures here, but the last was awesome. Now I know who to go to on the regular. TY Kim!
Thank you so much to Lynn and her staff for taking care of me. My nails grow in an upward funky direction. In order for them to look normal I have to get the tip put on curved downward. Even tho I was reluctant to mention that I was unhappy, they fixed what I was not happy with. Lynn was very understanding and accommodating. I appreciate the patience that they had with me. I encourage anyone looking for a clean, professional nail salon to visit elegant nails.
This was a nice place, big, spaceous and elegant. Friendly staff, good service and they also played nice relaxing music while I was there. I went in for a pedicure, was a walk-in, there was no wait. I picked my color and was immediately seated and received a hot neck wrap and was offered a drink. They brought me a card with the pedicure options on it and I chose the hot stone. This was a very nice experience and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.
My hubby and I came here for the first time to spend some pre-valentines day qt together. We were thoroughly impressed with the ambience and customer service. We had the deluxe pedicures and I had a manicure. I felt so relaxed I fell asleep! We were both impressed by their awesome level of expertise and perfectionism. We will definitely be going back in the future!!
This is the worst salon ever!! Did the girl have somewhere to go!? What was the rush. It’s like she didn’t want me there. These are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten in my life I told her I wanted long nails and the only long nail I got was on my ring finger!! My nails look so bad I want to cry. I spent over 50 dollars for this nonsense like are you serious. You need to be stripped from your nail license. This is unacceptable!! I will never come back to this place.
Atmosphere is nice but not a good job on nails nails are crooked and acrylic is bumpy
Tee provided my service today. I had a deluxe pedicure and was very satisfied. Will be returning. I would refer their service to anyone who appreciates beautiful music, a quiet atmosphere and very qualified technicians.
