this is no longer a greyhound bus station stop. Owner told me it never was and never has been apparently. Greyhound still took my $31 and I met another passenger at the same time waiting for the bus with the same issue.
This flying J is a nice rest stop on your way to wherever you're going. It has gas, food, coffee, clothes, electronics and some grocery items. The people who stop here on Greyhound must love this place I know I do.
I have been on these busses multiple times I have had a 3 drivers disrespect me and my service dog for the 3rd time all on 3 different trips and demanding me to show them my dogs service papers and told it was gonna be another $25 for my service dog the and did the same thing to Another gentleman and his service dog demanded his papers and made him pay another $25 for his service dog
more like a homeless shelter. i would rather go to Jacksonville to catch a bus if i need to take a bus. it is like doing a ninja warrior course to get past all the homeless
This is a bus stop, not a station. If you’re coming in to town and you don’t have a ride, call local cab company’s. Uber tends to stop running around 6p on Weekdays. The stop is kind of on the outskirts of Brunswick. There’s a gas station and a Denny’s right there. There’s lodging across the street and another gas station. McDonald’s is just up the road.
Grey hound is always there if you need its like visiting another country so many different cultures short trips are the way to go long trips ....... WOW
This place is very nice and big and clean the workers are nice you can get breakfast lunch and dinner it have a Denny's over there a waiting area so you can wait on the bus is gorgeous I like it
Greyhound customer service didn't even earn 1 star cause this is my first time riding since 1997 & these people sold me a ticket with a 17 hr overnight wait bus transfer at a truck stop really & once i found out i was trying to contact customer service on several times and i got hung up on over 12 times. My safety is very important but greyhound has hired customer service foreigners thats not even in the united states so how the heck their booking for people thats traveling in the united states.i am going to talk with my lawyer about this whole situation
Took to long to get through 2 states..too many lay overs one was over 24 hrs due to not having a driver..the food was expensive..and not very good..mostly vending machines..bathrooms though clean ..had no outside door so men would end up in the women's room..not a pleasant way to travel..it shouldnt take 4 days to go through 2 states..well three states..because driver didnt announce my stop over mike..and I ended up in wrong state and had to spend another 12 hrs to go back to my stop..never will travel by bus again..
This stop, near I 95 in Brunswick is arranged as a pickup/drop-off and go arrangement. At a Dennys restaurant in a Flying J's Travel Center just west off of 95, to my knowledge no office is located here unless it is attached to the restaurant as a ticket agent. Since Greyhound now has e-tickets, {see the Q&A section for e-ticket information} your smartphone is your ticket. This is a major improvement and relief for travelers who have had problems in the past with printing tickets at home or finding an agent willing to print them {sometimes at an extra cost to the reservation confirmation holders}
