Do NOT book a ride with this location You will be highly disappointed. My departure time on my ticket is 5:25 am, but when we got here at 4:10 am, the front door was boarded up The first photo with a HAND WRITTEN note attached saying “use door number 5 at the side” The second photo. I’ve been waiting since 4 am for the facility to open so I can check my bags in and print my ticket early to get a good seat on the bus… but NO workers are even here yet at 5:40 am as I’m typing this when my ride is scheduled for 5:25 am… there’s NO sign of any workers but MANY confused customers circling the building looking for information on their scheduled rides. Moral of the story, choose another location or take the Amtrak train, or a flightAVOID this location. It’s 6 am now, still NO buses or workers.
The greyhound bus is inside of a love's gas station 11801 I-40, North Little Rock, AR 72117, and the lady that was giving everyone feed back seem to not know what she was talking about I been here since 4am waiting for the bus I seen so many people bus called for them to head out. And we was there first
Closed! Looked abandoned! People standing outside after midnight waiting on there bus scheduled to arrive at 4a.m and 5am and when we were there it was just after 1am. A man sleeping on the ground in the doorway of Greyhound Bus Station Little Rock, Arkansas no security,no Seating outside. The place you can smell the urine from not having access to a restroom. Instead peeing outside. Hurtful to see a once thriving business to not caring for their people.. Please share in hopes of getting corrections executed
I requested a refund due to the unprofessional behavior and rude staff in Dallas and it frying my phone when I try to charge it they said it'll be 24 to 72 hours and it's been past that not even a word back
It was ok until the waiting period for 5hrs there,I understand that but I bus from going to Forrest City didn't get a notice a head of time until later our number was 1518,but it's over and done and I'm home safe is what counts.
Stuck in Memphis due to driver shortage. Hope I make my destination tonight. Been a long trip so far but at least we have good manners.
I had a great experience on Greyhound. I met Ms. Alice, who works behind the desk. She was so very kind to us and helpful. I was traveling with my special need's son and my grand daughter. They had never rode on a bus. My best overall experience was the bus driver, Bill. If you ever meet him you will never forget him. Such a nice, pleasant, and compassionate man and he's a excellent driver. He kept us informed and was attentive to us the entire trip. I prayed for Bill to be our return home driver. When I got to the station and saw Bill my heart leaped with joy. We both laugh with shared joy about the answered prayer. I pray God will always watch over Bill to protect him from harm and danger. If you meet Bill, tell him Gail said hello and many thanks for helping my son!
Filthy restrooms, no snack machines both terminals sucks. No announcements for bus boarding. The only bright thing about my trip is the driver was friendly and professional
One star will be rich for this service... I booked express service Which it must be on time but one hour delay. it was my first time experience. I never choose again. it wasn't comfortable. And so expensive for this service. I never use again.
Very clean & Tkt Agent was very polite & helpful in the afternoon when we went 2 pick up Tkt. Night time is a whole other world. The place was deserted, except 4 people that were going 2 Ride the Bus. I thought it was very sad that no 1 could B there incase of emergency. I think there should B a Police or Security presence if U R going 2 have people standing around downtown.
