Greyhound Bus

Oh man, the access to travel is tops and service dedication seems to keep Greyhound rolling. The social climate in transit stations seems 'hard' and hints of being dangerous. This is a reputation factor. Staff do their best. Lowest cost affordability can't for great longevity compromise customer experience.

Rude security. No intercom for bus departure and arrival. STATION IS VERY DIRTY, and stay dirty overnight into the morning. No one came to clean it. Absolutely disgusting. Rude security staff, bad mouthing homeless people. 60% or Americas are one or two missed paychecks away from being homeless, so they need to keep their opinions to themselves and not act like they can't become homeless.

Was very clean & security was doing a great job asking for customers tickets! That made me feel safe! Made sure the solicitors were not there & weeding out people who didn't belong there. Improvements have been made since the last time I was there. Keep the customers safe & happy to spend their hard earned money to travel

I have never been on a greyhound much less been to a station. I will say this one was rather nice, I was told it was a bit newer so perhaps that was partly why. It was very clean and the staff was most friendly as well. They had several vending machines, overpriced of course and eatery they called a restaurant. I did not investigate that establishment thoroughly. I had a while to wait and though the bus may have been a little late, all was well. The re board people got on first and then the rest. I had no choice but to sit next to someone and I will say I was fortunate for sure. It was comfortable the wifi sucked but the temperature was pleasant and the seat were comfortable.

Lady with the red hair needs to learn to talk to people. I’m not a damn kid for her to yell at me and then for her to tell me I must not want to go home lol ok. Instead of yelling at people for no reason you need to do your damn job and clean them restroom clean the lobby this place looks like trash. She must not like her job learn some customer service.

Wow this place is disgusting and the staff are the laziest people I have seen… there was no tissue in bathroom and they even had homeless people sleeping and doing drugs in stalls… there was no security and no staff in sight so the employees were probably in the back doing drugs also… greyhound and Memphis should be ashamed and embarrassed… there is urine and fecal matter all over floors not only in bathrooms but in lobby… If u r an employee here then I am sorry u have to actually have a job but the purpose of having a job is to actually work… and of course it’s people of color.. I mean I don’t want to sound racist but all employees are of color so it’s not being racist it’s being truthful…

Bathrooms were a mess and no toilet paper. All four soap dispensers empty and one little bottle of dial soap. Greyhound please do better for your thousands of customers.

Vinson is a great driver and made sure we made it safely to our destination. I wish the company would do better because a lot of these drivers need raises! Appreciate you brother

Cafeteria food is decent, 1 hot dog, fries, large coke, king size snickers and a bottle water for $17.50

Got me home early. Had a ticket. An earlier bus came was going to Indianapolis and the nice lady took me home. Once I got home I found out that my original bus was delayed
