Greyhound Bus

Was going to get on Greyhound at 4:15 a.m. I arrived at 3:20 a.m. stayed there they wouldn't give Greyhound wouldn't give me my money back So I got a 24 month credit and ended up taking Indiana trails bus service The price was better they showed up at 11:00 even though it made me late and then I had to stay over longer because I miss my appointment so I don't recommend taking Greyhound but Indiana trails got me right to Chicago no problems and the price was way better.

Decent staff, nice drivers, the wifi and outlets actually worked thus time.

My trip last night from Kalamazonn to Chicago was a nightmare. Starting by more than 1hour delay for the bus, plus a truly non polite, angry driver women and in addition a really bad customer service. Anytime you want to make a trip, they should be your unique option. Best regards

I HATED IT THERE SO BAD WISH I NEVER PAID WHAT I DID FOR IT AND THERE BREAKFAST WAS NOT MUCH OR GOOD

Not clean,nobody know when and where the bus comes in.

Easy to find, with proper directions. It was closed When we arrived to pick up my husband. But the Lady came to the door and told us where to park. Bus was late, but all in all. Good.

Cleanest restroom on my whole trip from Florida

1 outta 5 busses this trip were not the best but over all great trip friendly staff and drivers
