Very confusing about what you're supposed to do, besides a bus stop bench that says Greyhound on it! Apparently the bus only stops there, if you have already purchased the ticket in advance! The driver has the name on the ticket, when she gets there! The office, at this location, is NOT open on the weekends! So just sit tight and wait. You can track your bus, after calling the 800 number and having them text you the link. You will need the 4-digit number, in the upper right hand corner, on your electronic ticket! Hope this helps anyone else that's confused!
This is only a stop, so don't expect so much. There are benches here, and a gas station where you can get stuff. But if you're doing to Dallas, don't expect the bus to be on time mine was over 1 hour late
The bus will stop on the driveway on the south side of the convenience store, facing Hal Muldrow Drive. There's a bench facing away from the road toward where the bus ends up. There's also another bench close to the convenience store entrance facing the gas pumps, from which the bus is still visible. None of this is immediately obvious and made my first time using this stop pretty confusing. This is a get on and off curbside stop, not an actual station. The convenience store is not affiliated with Greyhound, does not have restrooms for passengers, and is a musky, sketchy hole in the wall. Your driver will likely tell you not to get off at this stop if it is not your destination. It's a good call. I wouldn't want to hang around for anything except a quick smoke break.
Its been the main bus terminal in Okc and it has its up and downs. Its clean sometimes and sometimes it seems scarey going to the restrooms when its dead. But the schedules are posted and theres always plenty of info about the city. Overall, its a bus station, what do you exspect?
Buses are always late, sometimes for 2 hours! I once bought a ticket via online for $31 from Norman, OK, to Dallas and got to the station an hour prior to the bus's departure, but when the bus arrived with a 2-hr delay, the driver told me he didn't have any seat for me!!! Their ticket issuing system sucks. I submitted a refund statement to their main office at Dallas. They got back to me with a voucher valued at the amount of my ticket. Note that it was a voucher not a check and you can't use it to buy a ticket online. Anyway, I got to a station a few weeks after to get a ticket with the voucher, but I was told that the ticket is actually $65! They subtracted the amount on the voucher from the ACTUAL value and charged me for the rest. I would have saved had I purchased the new ticket via online and thrown the voucher in trash. Totally nonsense. I am switching to train though I will need to pay to travel from Fort Worth to Dallas.
Reasonable prices and times for trips. Taking a bus trip with them October 2022.
Just one of the pickup stops, not much to report.
This is only the 2nd time I use greyhound and both have been bad experiences. Full day delays and rude staff. If you cannot keep a schedule add more buses or stop business completely. I have lost 12hrs just sitting at the bus station. Sad part is I'm in Kansas city and Des Moines is only 2hrs away. Even then im not making it till 11pm! its 9am!!!! Its just dumb how greyhound runs business. At least rent a bus to get people out on time.
Awesome people work here. They are nice and pleasant to communicate with.
My mother and her 6 month old grandson left Atlanta ga at 5:10pm to come TO Oklahoma city! Once she got to her first stop the delayed her 8 hours Memphis Tennessee! Her ticket was changed 3 time! Once the bus finally arrived she made her way to Jackson Mississippi! Once she arrived at 1:10pm they told her the next bus would leave until 10.40pm that night. She cry and cry second day on the bus. She spoke to the supriver which was really nice. Gave her money to get the baby more water and food to eat. She realize that there was a bus outside around 4:30 and she went out there to get on that bus the bus driver told her she couldn't get on because I take it was for 10:30 that night so she proceeded to go right back to the same provisor and asked that supervisor to help her at this point the baby is hot fussy crying and it's very irritating that supervisor did get her on that 5 bus but once she got to Dallas Texas they told her she had another 4 hour delay at this point the baby is running low on water low on Pampers and it's Sunday going on Monday my mother was supposed to arrive at Oklahoma City Saturday at 12 p.m. now here it is Monday my mom is sitting in Dallas terminal waiting on the next bus. The bus came around 6am Monday morning by 8:15am the bus had broken down on the side of the road by exit 480 off I-35N. At this point my nephew was down to his last bottle of water the bus driver will not even let my mother get off the bus to get him more Pampers from under the bus the bus driver and everybody else was completely rude I called corporate over and over and over and they told me my mother had to wait to her trip was over to get a refund on her money. 11:45am came and still no bus had arrived to help them the baby had no water he was sweating the air wasn't working on the bus and the bus driver wouldn't even let them off to get fresh air at this point I got on the road to go get my mother from Dallas all the way from Oklahoma City the police was called and they brought the baby water and food for the people who was on the bus at 3 I got there to pick up my mom she cried and cried and the baby cried but don't still no bus there to get the rest of the passengers the police have the street blocked off because it was a safety hazard I am so thankful that my mother and my nephew are safe with me now but when I call Greyhound to tell them what was going on and to let them know that I want a refund I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to a supervisor no one. I have jadhua bage number #4146 and his manager liset Zambian #5787. These are the two people we spoke to when the bus first broke down! They have not had any sleep thank you to the police officer who went and got everyone water. because it was 85 degrees outside! They are resting now thank God! Greyhound Bus. A one day trip turned into 4 days! Smh never again
