Such an horrible experience I had today with greyhound bus , I was left alone at roschelle stop…driver should have had bare minimum common sense to wait for all the passengers get in to the bus right after the break..he should be responsible enough to make sure everyone is back to their seats before he continues the journey…I wish I had a chance to give zero rating …very bad service…it was an terrible weather outside today that we are having snow storm , the driver needs to be even more careful than the usual … I seriously would never ever recommend greyhound bus services to anybody … I never went through such scary experience in my entire life… I really don’t understand how can they be such reckless persons while they are doing public service jobs …completely unappreciable
Thank you to the people who brought food to travelers on Thanksgiving. ...Traveling to Wisconsin from Nebraska with limited fundsmy nephew was blessed by those who brought in turkey sandwiches, burritos, cereal and more. He could not believe the kindness and generosity people showed to srangers.
Greyhound made it easy to find my bus. I was nervous in Chicago Illinois..I still have a long way to go but I am confident I will be perfectly fine.
This location's lobby is rarely open. Drivers are nice but greyhound is all around a pretty shady company stuck in the past.
How you let people book tickets and don't have enough space on the bus for them and Don't offer any other alternative.... Talking about bus is full. Do not make the damn tickets available period. And you are incapable of providing a refund in months....
Second time on Greyhound went through the same thing I went through the first time the only reason they are getting three stars is because of a couple of employees that work the ticket booth that were extremely helpful otherwise it would have been one star. I didn't catch their names but I hope that they get something extremely positive in their lives to happen soon because of all the help they provided I almost didn't get on the bus in one city because of my life having a medical problem but she got me and my wife on the bus so we can get home so again for those who helped us on this very hard trip many blessings towards you
They don't even have anyway to buy tickets at this location and their website doesn't accept American express having to withdraw money from an ATM, load it to cash app, and buy tickets online.
they close too soon at night which means you can't even use the bathroom if needed
I am so happy that my bus driver took the time to make sure I was safe and nothing was wrong like human trafficking. She took precautions by asking me my name, where I’m going and then asked me if she could see my ID because I look so young. Very pleased with my experience!
Was supposed to open at 9:30 and it was 9:45. Just need to use the RR so had to go somewhere else while waiting for my neice
