Greyhound Bus

I said I would never ride greyhound again and this time I mean it!! It just never changes! Always too crowded and nasty! I had to book my ticket by phone because something was wrong with the app! I raised hell because she wanted to charge me $20 to book by phone! I called back and got another rep and he waived the fee for me. I had to be very authoritative about it! Never, ever again!!

I did not know that this was a specific, greyhound only bus station. I know I haven't seen just greyhound buses here. That and it's also an exxon fuel station and they have gormet Hispanic food inside.

This is actually a full-service fuel station for automobiles and the Greyhound bus also stops there. Small store thats well laid-out with clean bathrooms and a really good selection of home style, fresh cooked Mexican food. I'll stop there regularly.

If you can even call this a station. This place is a pavilion with benches outside a convenience store, just located off the access road of an interstate highway. It is not enclosed on any side and there is no protection from the elements. What's worse is that when I came in on a cold, windy, drizzly day, the people in the store wouldn't let me wait inside for my ride. I had to stand up against the building to block some of the wind.

First of all, using public transportation in a new town is always daunting. This was my first trip to Dallas and I had no idea the expanse of this town. However, I'm a literate adult who can read reviews and make a decision based on what I want to invest time and money. At the time, the Greyhound trip from Waxahachie to Dallas seems like a reasonable time cost investment. However, due to the delay of the bus, my time became more valuable and I found an alternate route. When I called today, the service I received from Greyhound customer service about a refund was exemplary. Brooke was a professional who represented her company and self well Although my trip yesterday did not work out as intended, with human and mechanical errors very common in real life, the best we can do is admit our mistakes and move forward. Brooke was able to meet my needs and exceed my expectations for customer service and a complaint department. Well done! I hope this message gets to her

Disgusting place my first trip and it was horrible experience never will travel by bus again bus smelled horrible and there was no ac I have heart failure and I feel asleep in my chair and the bus driver shook me very hard to wake me up and scared my so bad my heart was falling out of my chest didn't even say sorry!!!!!

Meeeenn the bus took forever to come just to.take me from Dallas to waxahachie it took me two hours and the distance was only 20m , but i waited two hours before i got the bus, please if you are going to take the bus please dont go with children if you can.

This is just a stop not a bus station. You wait outside of a convenience store underneath the big sign by the street. Other than that, it's ok.

San Antonio Texas, here we come!

Seemed pricey for the amount of time it took to get me somewhere that was barely 8 hrs away.
