No attendant at station and ticketing counter. Bus was late due to new driver for this route. But driver was polite and good in behaviour. In 2010 the company was very good but now very slow in service.
I frequently travel on the greyhound, normally in tx but decided to go from SF to San jose in a day trip. Clean and safe waiting room. Security guards around the perimeter, screens that announce and update a bus. Also my phone was about to die and I had my e-ticket on it, i got nervous so the kind older gentleman at the greyhound desk offered to print it out for me, he even lent me a charger to use while I waited. Anytime I’m in SJ, I’d use this service again. Good customer service.
This is absolutely unacceptable, the bus was an hour late and the driver was super rude. So now we're all stranded in Oakland because of this! Terrible service.
Very hard to find in the Diredon Transit Hub. Very few choices to go to Fresno
Staff was really helpful with information and it was clean I felt safe Definitely would recommend for any of my train or bus needs
Awsome spot for local city busses and greyhound busses and local trains
My daughter was stuck at this bus station for hours. Really really scary for a young woman. Be mindful and alert with all the homeless.
Delayed for more than 3 hours without prior notice. Very disappointing.
This is Greyhound Bus Station at Diridon Station,San Jose. The Greyhound Bus is very clearly and the bus driver is very kindness ,So I like to take Greyhound Bus for travel.
I went to pick up my father on a Friday, and I have to say I found the place somewhat confusing. I didn't want to pay for parking because I knew I wouldn't be there too long and the only lots I saw seemed to be cordoned off, but the half circle said "No Parking" or something, so I didn't think I could park there even for a couple minutes. My father had just come in and was waiting outside, but I didn't see him right away. So I parked in the only lot I saw that had other cars and walked to the outside bus booths. My father met me halfway, and we returned to my car, which was when I noticed I'd parked in the employee lot. I was there no more than five minutes and probably not even that long, so no one said anything. Actually, I spent more time circling the area trying to figure out where to park than I did outside my car. Maybe it was because of COVID, but I was surprised to see that there weren't many people, cars, or buses in what has to be a HUGE building/lot. All in all, I'm glad I won't have to go there again anytime soon, but at least I know where it is now--right near the SAP center downtown.
