Greyhound Bus

Please be careful with this bus terminal. I came early 15 min before departure but the bus left already. And just say give a refund but I refuse and ask next bus which is need to wait another 2 hours what the waste my time at stinky places and by around homeless camping. This place really bad smell and scary.

The bus was 40 minutes late and the driver was rude and not professional. Driving as if he were participating in the Indy 500 using foul language and blowing his horn excessively.what a wild ride.

It was between a ghetto section and homeless encampments like crazy. Not even 5 minutes after we got off the bus there was already police looking for somebody who just shot up a place nearby with helicopters and stuff going everywhere.

Clean Terminal, Security On Site , Reasonable Pricing.Plenty Of Parking. Parking Lots I would not leave your car or valuables over night. Walking Distance to the MTS Trolley or Bus.

Don’t ever purchase tickets greyhound I recently got sick so I handed cancel my ticket they stole my money no refund nothing I spent $153 they wanted charge me extra money they wanted charge me double $135 I don’t recommend greyhound they are awful customer service is awful it’s not my fault I got sick but not giving me refunds or credit store is unacceptable

There services in san ysidro is terrible, the schedule ride when they don't even have the bus to do it , 1hr late bus driver lied to me an other , don't ever us gray hound in san diego

1st time using Greyhound and it will be the last I am sure. I was supposed to be on the 7:30 am bus, it is 12:38 pm and I still can’t get in. 1st bus was cancelled and the 2nd one is already 2 hrs delayed. No info on the website, worse SERVICE EVER!

This location is now closed down!!! The website and Google have not reflected this change! This location was closed down as of the week beginning or shortly thereafter Sunday July 9th 2023!

I've avoided taking Greyhound buses for years due to the prices, but I recently had to travel from San Diego to Long Beach and private transportation options are limited in that area. The Greyhound station I departed from is smack in the middle of a kinda sketchy area full of homeless people. The bus stop unbelievably smells even worse than the New York subway system. Worse still, my bus arrived over half an hour late and was full of garbage that had not been cleaned out prior to our departure, stinking up the entire bus.

Everything was bad. The station, the bus and especially the driver. I can go on and on for. Save your sanity and use anything else even if it is more expensive.
