First they didn't accept credit card to pay for extra luggage. Then we were told bus broke down and we have to wait 4 hours for the bus as well as that the station is closing so we would have to wait outside the entire time until 2am. After refusing to leave until he threatened to forcefully kick us out we could finally get the permission to stay inside. The assistant gave as a number in case the bus doesn't show up but it turned out to be a phone number for packages.
It's comfortable and the drivers are good, but it is far too expensive. There also needs to be something where the busses dont make so many stops, because trips end up taking twice as long as they actually should. Also the station in Kamloops really could use some improvements.
I was in vernon greyhound station on July 1 2017 . I asked the girl working at about 1 pm for the bathroom key . She looked up from playing on her phone looked absolutely pissed that I had disturbed her from her cell phone. Once I got into the washroom I was absolutely horrified. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The garbage can was over flowing. There were dirty paper towels all over the sink . The toilets were disgusting. I know this place hadn't been cleaned in weeks! !! So gross . Somebody should make sure that is cleaned I am seriously going to call a health inspector
This had to be the worst experience of my life. First bus breaks down on way to Vernon. Then on way back I called the depot sand said there was room on way back. Bus full on this bus and next. Had to check my bag and had to pay and pay because said was to heavy. Weighed less than when I came out . Now sitting at terminal waiting for 3rd bus and I asked Dwayne if bus will be on time. Turned at me said didn't know and walked away. Worst customer service and will never take grey hound to this terminal again. So upset I could cry.
Great driver! Great staff! Great trip! They got me home safe and sound and I didn't lose an ear! 100% Satisfied!
Waited in Greyhound station for over an hour and they didn't seem to know we're the bus was they were clueless. But once on the bus itself the experience was better.
Fair was reasonable bus was late because of winter conditions which is normal for this time of year what else can you say about Greyhound you get what you pay for
Too bad it's closing down. The guy who sold me a ticket was helpful and friendly. He was very funny too. Traveling usually has you feeling down and he picked my spirits back up. Too bad it's done this month
Friendly staff. Frustrating to try and deal with Greyhound Canada over the phone. Ticket issue resolution has been drawn out for almost 4 months now.
I pray for a future for my children with an alternative to Greyhound. Every trip is an ordeal, if you are lucky enough to even get picked up by your bus.
