I'd give it a higher rating...but the last 2 times I used the service to go home to see Memphis, the bus was late a lot. On the way home...there was a delay...and I got home 14 hours after I was supposed to. This is what it looks like when you have no competition.
Gas station in Neosho was nice but bus drivers was a little picky about tickets being bought online and didn't have tags for luggage. Made my own driver didn't like it!
Get to the spot to pick up my husband's ticket as he's headed to work and NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO UNLOCKTHE DOOR. She shows up 30 minutes later then locks the door behind her. I hope greyhound is paying his salary if he misses this bus because the hotel staff is horrible!!!
Thank you very much for the Greyhound bus station in I was going to get lost thank you Sun at Central City the Greyhound bus stations not there I would like pretty please I will appreciate it if you can cook small Madisonville I think this was concentrated in the I think the main headquarters Chicago
Staff was rude,place was run down and filthy. It was attached to a seedy cheap hotel where drugs and prostitution were being openly sold
Non existent. No office to buy a ticket. Had to drive somewhere to do this all online. Had to find a printer to print a ticket. Times have changed.
Awesome ride, great sites to see. Nice bus drivers. Clean buses.
Attendants need to be more informed on routes
My lost bags still have'nt been recovered by Greyhound!
Great place and I will be going there again next year
