Great and easy location to get to. Simple and no headache directions and spread out with the layout so there's more room to wait!

I had to go visit my dad who is in bad health. I bought my ticket in the afternoon in Saint Joseph Missouri and even the 3 hour wait in Kansas City MO was not bad. Very reasonable price 70.00 and got to Springfield Missouri by morning. Clean bus and nice driver.

The ride was pleasant in spite the fact that one of the customer servants verbally abused and threatened too get physical to the extent of coming behind the counter because he couldn't stand to hear me speak my truth about about how badly Black's treat each other in Minnesota, but screaming BLM.

Take forever to get around but cheaper then the cab lol

Good service for traveling but employees are very rude and hateful in Kansas City Missouri

Safe lit up some people waiting, bad was bus only comes from kc at 230am

Can't get tickets in person here
