I’m not even giving this garbage company a star ! They do not give a damn about the customers. A driver went the wrong way and for two hours they said the driver was 20 minutes aways . So everyone missed their transfer bus . The customer service by your drivers and workers inside pure trash . They are rude to people asking questions because your drivers are incompetent and can’t follow a gps. Now I have to wait 6 more hours because your company can’t do the job appointed to them . I would advise anyone looking into taking greyhound to catch a train or plane . It is not worth the stress and disrespect.
Let me be clear, this is a great bus station for the Columbus busses. But as a greyhound station where you might layover for 13 hours? This is a pathetic joke! It's a glorified parking garage. Overhead heaters provide just enough heat to keep you from getting frostbite. The porta-pots are nasty by the early evening and are frequently overrun by the homeless. Columbus PD frequents the area but they stay in their nice warm mobile command while leaving the private security to attempt to ward off the homeless and druggies. At least they trying unlike CPD... TLDR: Do better greyhound, and if you're coming here, wear layers in the cold months.
This company has no respect for its customers! How can you post a scheduled route, take a customers fare that route and right before its due to leave.. its cancelled.. the only thing offered is a later route 6 hours later...the route was only 45 minutes away!! Was told there was no refund or even a credit foe atoward a future travel...What if this was an emergency!! Shame on you greyhound!! Bad business!!
Worst bus station I’ve ever been at!! Homeless people taking over the station, birds flying around inside the building, no accommodation for the deaf or har of hearing. This place needs shut down. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I’ve never been so mad or upset about a 3 1/2 hour layover until I hade do it here!
This is a nasty horrible place, the staff is useless. They told me my bus come in to park 6 it came in at another spot causing me to miss my bus. Then would not refund my money. I had to buy new tickets had to wait 5 hrs for the next bus and adding 23 hrs to my trip. Added $226.00 to my trip having to buy more tickets. Due to their error telling me it was coming in at a different location. Never come here. Avoid this terminal. Go to any other the staff is helpful but not here. No food in this facility only vending machines across the street, no seats with backs only benches very uncomfortable.
Warning on the location: 3/14/2023-- the terminal moved temporarily to 26 E. Main St. COTA terminal NO FRILLS- port-a-johns, no food, cold, no Greyhound monitors to tell you which "bay" a sign with a number.
The last few years I have been using Greyhound a lot especially when you don't drive as very handy and since the covid hit you have to be vaccinated or wear your mask but you have to wear your mask anyways but I found it very convenient to get around on the bus at first I didn't think I would like it but I found that it is very relaxing I also posted a couple of pictures between different stops at different greyhounds
Let me save you the time and stress when trying to find out where the Greyhound Station is.
Omg, 1st driver was arrested after a sobriety test. 2nd driver stopped driving because she could not find her keys. 3rd driver only brought us to Pittsburgh. We're on our 4th driver now and I hope I make it to NY today. As of now, I'll be arriving late by more than 8 hours. I would not recommend greyhound at all. Wish I could give less than 1 star.
Great station. Got delayed here for 6hrs. It was well maintained and staffed, clean washrooms, and felt safe. I got a $9 meal voucher for my delays, and got a bacon cheeseburger combo, which was surprisingly good. The one thing I didn't like was the plugs at their charging station... All very loose and I had to physically hold my charger in place to get a charge.
