Greyhound Bus Lines

The Sacramento station has the worse crew ever. I saw the attendant trying to kick someone out of the lobby because he didn't understand her English when she asked him for the ticket, claiming that if he didn't have a ticket he couldn't stay in the lobby, he had the ticket, but she led him to the door just for the humiliation. She locks the lobby door, and complains when someone arrives, and she herself chose to lock it to control the entry and exit of people

This is the worst Greyhound station ever. The staffing is so rude and they just have the biggest attitudes for no reason for someone coming in that had nothing to do with your bad day. Leave your bad day at home . Don't take out your frustrations on paying customers. They have you sitting and waiting for a bus that's supposed to leave on time but leaves an hour later than the estimated time. Please take other means of transportation and leave this Greyhound bus in the dust. It truly sucks.

Okay? Vending machines are outrageous. But 2 blocks away is a Chevron and McDonald's

The clerk lady selling tickets and cleaning tables is so rude! She is screaming rudely that we can’t go outside the waiting area, as if we acted maliciously breaking the rules. If she doesn’t like her job so she can quit!! Because you don’t assume that all people are the same! rude like her She needs to treat ALL people with respect. We didn’t see a sign prohibiting people to seat outside. She is not very professional. Passengers are asking her questions, and she responds “read your ticket. I’m not holding anybody’s hands!! “She keeps saying, if you don’t like Greyhound, don’t use it! Gee!! If we hand another option! We would!!! FlixBus has better customer service.

HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Lady selling tickets was Rude after asking her a question about the difference between flexigreyhound & greyhound. Security kicked us out for thinking whether we should buy tickets or not.

Absolutely terrible! Bus was late to my connecting bus, next bus was 24 hrs the next day and didn't set us up with accommodations for the night and kicked us out of the bus station at. 10 pm to stay on the street.

Connecting bus was canceled hundreds of miles from home, they kicked myself and 6 or 7 other passengers out on the streets with all the crack heads out here... going to be a long night. I feel like it's not fair to put us in danger because they dropped the ball. Not to mention that its in the 40s tonight. And there are other passengers inside.

Área around does not seem very safe, there are a lot of homeless all around this area. There was a man right outside yelling. They do keep the doors locked probably to keep them out. Police station is right across the street. There was only one employee and did not seem helpful.

I’m never the type to write a review about a business.. but this is just comical. I’m currently waiting at the Sacramento bus station and it is about as unorganized as humanly possible. The staff are incredibly rude and blunt. One even yelled out at awaiting passengers, “I’m tired of ya’ll asking questions, just stop” 20 minutes later a passenger asked where the bus was an hour and 30 minutes late at this point the worker again yelled out “we don’t know where the bus is, stop asking it’ll get here when it gets here”. I could rant on but you get the idea.. avoid if possible!!!

The bus station it’s not open and there’s nobody to open the door so there is a HUGE chance you missed your bus even if you’re on time. By the way, there is a lot of homeless in the area so make sure your ride wait until you get on the bus
